The powers that be have become far more discreet since the mass genocide by starvation of the people of the Ukraine in 1932-33  (an event called the Holodomor).  Don’t let the discretion fool you, because the evil brutality is still intact.

More than half of the United States is suffering the worst drought since 1988, stunting the corn crop that is the number one farm commodity in the country.

North Korea has suffered severe drought conditions since April 27^th.

12.8 million acres of farmland in China have been affected by severe drought, a drought so severe that millions of people and millions of heads of livestock do not even have drinking water.

Russia suffered an unusually hot and dry spring, reducing export projections from 22-23 million metric tons from last year’s 56.23 million metric tons. 

Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay are suffering under drought conditions that threaten to reduce the soy harvest by over 3 million tons.

We can expect a hungry year ahead, given the weather conditions.  The limited harvests will cause food prices to skyrocket in the months ahead, by up to 3.5%, according to USDA predictions.  This means higher prices for less food at the supermarket checkout during the year to come.

Of course, we have no control over the weather, most people lament, gearing themselves up to expect the higher prices.

Or do we?

According to a paper presented to the US Air Force in 1996, scientists and the military have every intention to control the weather by the year 2025.    The paper, entitled, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025” outlines a plan to have total dominance over global weather.

The 52 page treatise details a plan to weaponize rainfall, fog and artificially created storms.  These created weather conditions will be used to cause fear and hardship for enemy troops and enhance conditions for our forces.

The paper, as mentioned, was written in 1996.  We are now halfway through the time-line given as a target.  What has been accomplished in that time?

HAARP

In isolated Gaskon, Alaska is the mysterious and highly restricted HAARP facility.  The facility concentrates on effecting ionospheric changes that are suspected to cause weather changes, storms, radio and satellite interference and earthquakes.  This excerpt from a patent by the contractor who built the HAARP facility, ARCO, explains the proposed uses of the technology. 

   "Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes... "

     "...it is possible not only to interfere with third party communications but to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world's communications are disrupted. Put another way, what is used to disrupt another's communications can be employed by one knowledgeable of this invention as a communication network at the same time."

 "... large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction."

"Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.

... molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence. For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc., concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased."

Cloud Seeding

“Hydrometeorology” is the topic of study being undertaken by WET International (Weather Enhancing Technologies International).  According to the official website, the PTB have been making it rain for a long time now, through “cloud seeding.” 

Precipitation enhancement by cloud seeding is a reality - it has been practiced for over 50 years and is currently applied in over 40 countries. Effectiveness has been demonstrated in several carefully conducted scientific experiments.

And what is cloud seeding?  Quite simply, it is the process of dispersing substances into clouds to cause precipitation.  “Cloud seeding chemicals may be dispersed by aircraft (as in the second figure) or by dispersion devices located on the ground (generators, as in first figure, or canisters fired from anti-aircraft guns or rockets). For release by aircraft, silver iodide flares are ignited and dispersed as an aircraft flies through the inflow of a cloud. When released by devices on the ground, the fine particles are carried downwind and upwards by air currents after release.’  (Source)

Chemtrails

The patchwork of cloud-like lines decorating the skies may also have something to do with the drought conditions.  According to Chemtrail Planet, the aerosols being released have the capability of actually blocking rain.  “There are several purposes for this aerial spraying (referred to by military as "aerosol scatterings") and one of the purposes is to modify the weather which includes intensification of storms and drought inducement.”

Apparently, naturally occurring rain clouds can be blocked or dissipated through the chemicals released into the atmosphere during the “aerosol scattering.”  Natural Health 365 refers to American Association for Aerosol Research conference held in Orlando, Florida in 2011, where “there was a lecture called: ‘Aerosols, Clouds and Precipitation’. These (crazy) scientists discussed how different aerosols (toxic materials) could create cloud cover to reflect sunlight away from the earth and increase (or decrease) rain fall in certain regions of the world.”  NH365 continues, discussing some of the motivation for these projects. 

Who benefits from weather modification and weather control programs?

Consider this: Since 1997, weather has been traded as a commodity at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Many experts agree, this is exactly when geo-engineering programs rose in popularity.

Since commodities are directly affected by the weather – predicting these trends could be very profitable to those individuals who have the ability to control or manipulate our weather.

So Why the Worldwide Drought?

Clearly, there is much evidence that we are able to change the weather.  We possess the technology to cause (or stop) precipitation.  With this fact in mind, why are we suffering from a drought that is affecting crops across the planet?  All over the world, people are either suffering from too little rain, or, in the case of the UK, record-setting rain that has crops rotting in the fields. 

This leads us to more questions than answers.  Is it possible that the droughts have been induced?  And if the droughts are naturally-occurring, then why isn’t precipitation being induced by the science that exists?

Either way, the answer is the same. 

Power and money.

NWO troll mascot Henry Kissinger chillingly said, “Control food and you control people.”

What easier way to control the food supply than to dramatically reduce harvests?  Whether the drought is naturally occurring and could be broken, or is artificially induced, the effect is the same.  The 2012 harvest all over the world will be greatly reduced. 

Look for the mad scientists of Monsanto to use this as an effort to cash in and increase their monopoly on crops worldwide with the creation of some new drought-resistant, nutritionless mutation.  Just last year, they announced that they were seeking USDA approval for unlimited sales of a new drought resistant corn.  Coincidence?  Expect the noose of Codex Alimentarius to tighten, restricting our ability to produce food even more. 

This record-low harvest will result in…

~  Increased food prices (again) ~

~  Food shortages in many parts of the world ~

~ The inability of countries to reserve food to meet future needs ~

How simple it would be to exert control over parents who will be forced to fall in line or watch their children starve.

How horrifyingly easy it would be to coerce starving people by offering them some sustenance.

How positively Machiavellian it would be to offer “aid” to people who are financially devastated by the ever-increasing price of food in exchange for their compliance in some unrelated matter.

A United Nations-induced Stockholm Syndrome could easily be the result of this world-wide lack of food.  A dependence on government will be nurtured, and with it, a new and even more crushing regime of leadership.

What Can You Do?

Begin preparing.  Stockpile food NOW, while you can still find some reasonable prices.  Follow the lead of the LDS church and work on building a one-year supply of food. 

Invest in tangibles.  Forget about your IRA account, your bonds and your CDs.  No investment you can make right now will compare to the pay-off of healthy, non-GMO food for you and your family.  You can’t eat your fiat dollars, and as the financial crash looms ever-closer, the value of those dollars drops more every day.

Do not sell out.  When an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.  Don’t sell your soul to the government for a can of beans.  The self-sufficiency that you build today is the basis of your independence from the Regime. 

Learn alternative methods of producing food.  Instead of heading to the grocery store to pick up your produce, fill a kitchen window with herbs and sprouts.  Consider setting up an indoor garden to get your family through the winter.  Use every square inch of yard space, harvest water from what little rain you receive and declare your independence from Big Agri.

Recognize and resist.  Be vigilant of attempts to impact your personal liberties in exchange for relief from the high prices and shortages.  The more you submit, the more domineering the efforts will become. 

If you think this cannot happen, you need only look back to the Ukrainian Genocide in 1932-33 for verification that it can, indeed, occur – intentionally and with malice.  Over 10 million Ukrainians were starved to death in a little over a year, all in the name of control.  Study the history and you will begin to see our future.

Codex Alimentarius: An Introduction to Soft Kill Eugenics

The world as we once knew it is gone.  The rosy cheeked children, bursting with energy, that once climbed trees and got up to mischief, are extinct.  The people are still here, but they are pale, lethargic and slowly dying. 

Every bite of food provided to these people is the product of a laboratory – the genetically modified spawn of Big Agri and Big Pharma.  The food looks incredible – huge, radiant tomatoes such a vivid red that one would think the lycopene was virtually emanating from the skin of the fruit.  Inside that appealing package is a food-like substance, utterly raped of nutrients.

The people are unable to go to a health-food store and purchase vitamins or an herbal tonic to put the spring back in their step.  Herbs, vitamins and nutrients in general have been labeled “toxins” and are only available via prescription at high prices and low doses.

If the people are caught hoarding treasured fertile heirloom seeds, and heaven forbid, planting them to grow their own food, punishment is swift and sure.  The bounty is taken and the people starve again.

Amidst the abundance of burgeoning supermarket shelves, the majority of the world’s population is slowly starving to death.

The world according to Codex Alimentarius looks grim indeed.  Codex Alimentarius (Latin for “food code”) is a global set of standards created by the CA Commission, a body established by a branch or the United Nations back in 1963.

The CA Commission’s purported mission, like all Agenda 21 missions, sounds so wonderful that it might have been created by a committee from heaven above. 

The main purposes of this Programme are protecting health of the consumers and ensuring fair trade practices in the food trade

Don’t you wonder what could possibly be wrong with that? The UN wants us to be healthy and wants everyone to be paid fairly.  Codex Alimentarius sounds great!  Let’s institute these standards right away!

As with all globally stated agendas, however, CA’s darker purpose is shielded by the feel-good words.

Global committees have been established to regulate the following topics, to name a few.

·        fruits and vegetables

·        fruit and vegetable juices 

·        fats and oils

·        meat, poultry and fish 

·        cereals, pulses (used for food and animal feed) and legumes

·        milk and milk products

·        natural mineral waters

·        sugars

·        cocoa products and chocolate

·        food hygiene

·        food labeling (as a way not to disclose GMO foods and ingredients)

·        pesticide residues;

·        residues of veterinary drugs found in foods 

·        food additives

The unfortunate thing is, the regulations ensure money, not safety. They guarantee profit, not health benefits.

“Codex Alimentarius is a dark marriage between pharmaceutical and chemical industries and the WTO, conceived to exact complete and regimented control over all food products and nutrients worldwide.” ~ writes Chantal Boccaccio of The People’s Voice.

Follow the Money

So if all of these regulations don’t benefit the consumers, who do they benefit?  Dr. Rima Laibow, of Health Freedom USA estimated that for every dollar spent on natural health solutions and supplements, Big Pharma loses $40.  Therefore, if people have the option to chose vitamins over valium, Big Pharma loses billions per year.

The medical establishment benefits.  When people are able to manage chronic conditions and avoid surgery through carefully choosing what they eat or what supplements they take, the medical establishment loses out on those costly visits that people must undertake in order to “manage” their conditions.

Pesticide manufacturers benefit.  GMO foods require greater pesticide use, thus manufacturers of pesticides like Round-up (Monsanto) reap the financial rewards while being allowed to poison the environment.

Food processors benefit.  CA requires food to be irradiated, a low cost (and nutrient-destroying) practice to require lower standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Big Pharma benefits.  CA mandates that nutrients be classified as drugs; therefore the purchase of vitamins will eventually require a prescription.  Prescription drugs, of course, are monitored by the FDA, which means only the Big Pharma companies will be able to manufacture and supply them. 

Maybe, then, the United States should just refuse to take part in CA.  That’s not going to happen, because all members of the World Trade Organization are legally bound under global guidelines, including CA standards.  CA standards override all national laws.  Lack of compliance to these standards may result in fines and/or crippling trade sanctions.  If a country wants to play the global trading game, that country has no option whatsoever but to comply with CA.  Those who do not comply automatically forfeit the judgment in any global trade dispute regarding food or nutrients.

It's Already Here

In 2010, during the distraction of the BP Oil Spill, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order (#13544) to implement CA in the US over the course of the next few years.  More akin to a royal decree than a constitutionally acceptable legislation, Obama proved his arrogance once again: he does NOT require the approval of Congress to make sweeping legislations.

In the United States, the FDA is in charge of implementing the standards.  Over the next two years, with the Food Safety Modernization Act, they will be doing just that.  According to a Natural News article by Dr. Gregory D’Amato, these irrevocable standards are on their way of being implemented to allow the US to “harmonize” with Codex.

* All nutrients (vitamins and minerals) are to be considered toxins/poisons and are to be removed from all food because Codex prohibits the use of nutrients to "prevent, treat or cure any condition or disease"

* All food (including organic) is to be irradiated, removing all toxic nutrients from food (unless eaten locally and raw).

* Nutrients allowed will be limited to a Positive List developed by Codex which will include such beneficial nutrients like Fluoride (3.8 mg daily) developed from environmental waste. All other nutrients will be prohibited nationally and internationally to all Codex-compliant countries [2].

* All nutrients (e.g., CoQ10, Vitamins A, B, C, D, Zinc and Magnesium) that have any positive health impact on the body will be deemed illegal under Codex and are to be reduced to amounts negligible to humans' health [3].

* All advice on nutrition (including written online or journal articles or oral advice to a friend, family member or anyone) will be illegal.

* All dairy cows are to be treated with Monsanto's recombinant bovine growth hormone.
* All animals used for food are to be treated with potent antibiotics and exogenous growth hormones.

* The reintroduction of deadly and carcinogenic organic pesticides that in 1991, 176 countries (including the U.S.) have banned worldwide including 7 of the 12 worst at the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pesticides (e.g., Hexachlorobenzene, Toxaphene, and Aldrin) will be allowed back into food at elevated levels [4].

* Dangerous and toxic levels (0.5 ppb) of aflotoxin in milk produced from moldy storage conditions of animal feed will be allowed. Aflotoxin is the second most potent (non-radiation) carcinogenic compound known to man.

* Mandatory use of growth hormones and antibiotics on all food herds, fish and flocks

* Worldwide implementation of unlabeled GMOs into crops, animals, fish and trees.

We’ve already seen incidences of health food stores being raided as though they were selling crystal meth instead of Vitamin C and organic vegetables.  Family farms are being driven out of business because they can’t afford to keep up with the ever-increasing regulations.  Natural healers have been criminalized throughout Europe, and that criminalization is on its way to North American shores.

Death by Codex

If it was only about the almighty dollar and the building of monopolies, one could almost comprehend the corporate greed behind Codex Alimentarius.  The plot is more sinister than even greed could create. 

Codex Alimentarius, quite simply, is an instrument of depopulation and control. 

Many prominent eugenicists, such as Bill Gates and David Rockefeller have openly promoted depopulation as a positive goal for the future.  Sickly people die off at a faster rate, dropping health care costs.  Dwindling populations consume fewer resources and leaving more for the Elite.

Morally, this soft kill approach is more palatable than outright attacks, like the release of viruses.  There is the risk that biological attacks could also affect the Elite. Military attacks, like nuclear war, could have a devastating effect on the environment, which would also negatively affect the elite. Subtly starving the masses, without them even realizing it, is the simplest method, and also the least likely to harm the NWO puppet masters that are in control of the United Nations.

As the attack on the world’s people becomes more obvious, the decision makers also risk being the victims of violent revolution.  Codex also helps to cover that aspect.  If people are malnourished, they are unable to resist tyranny with the same enthusiasm as a healthy population.  They are also far more susceptible to disease, should biological warfare be one day in the best interests of the Elite.

It’s win-win, if you happen to be a member of the Elite.  The outcome doesn’t look so great for the rest of us.

Henry Kissinger, the eugenicist poster child for the NWO, said it best.

Is Bill Gates a Psychopath?

Imagine being able to announce your intention to kill 900 million people.

Imagine devising a plan so cunning that people line up to be complicit in their own murders.

Imagine having the resources to put that plan into action and the power to publically share your intention without any fear of repercussions.

This is pure psychopathy.

Psychopathy is defined as “a personality disorder characterized by a pervasive pattern of disregard for the rights of others and the rules of society. Psychopaths have a total lack of empathy and remorse, and have very shallow emotions. They are generally regarded as callous, selfish, dishonest, arrogant, aggressive, impulsive, irresponsible, and hedonist.”

Bill Gates, the mega-rich founder of Microsoft, could be defined as a classic psychopath.

Following in the jackbooted steps of his father, William Gates Sr., Bill Gates has been a long-time proponent of population control. Gates Sr. has long-time ties to outspoken eugenicist David Rockefeller, as well as Planned Parenthood (which was founded by a member of the American Eugenics Society).

In 2010, Bill Gates spoke at a TED convention, where he stated, While reproductive health care and birth control can obviously steer the population downward, how would health care and vaccines DECREASE the population unless by design?

"The world today has 6.8 billion people... that's headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent.”

This was a clear public announcement of Gates’ plan to kill off hundreds of millions of people.

And yet, this announcement of mass murder has resulted in no punishment.  No prison time has occurred, no criminal charges have been filed and no one is suing the pants off of the Gates family.

Gates has proclaimed this as “The Century of the Vaccination”, unrolling plans that 90% of the world be vaccinated. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has “philanthropically” subjected hundreds of thousands of children in India to a polio vaccine that was banned in the United States because it caused the very disease it was purported to prevent.  Over 47,500 Indian children given this vaccine have since developed a polio-like paralysis.

If Gates can’t poison you directly via vaccines, he has developed a secondary plan, and this one has the added bonus of lining his already-stuffed pockets.  Under the benevolent cloak of promoting agricultural advancement, Gates has provided the farmers of the Third World with Monsanto seeds.

Gates has recently invested heavily in Monsanto, the GMO giant. Monsanto is responsible for the genetically engineered seeds with pesticides built right in.  The seeds can only be used one time and the food that results from the seeds is nutrionally inferior to unmodified seeds.  Despite (or perhaps because of) the lack of nutritional value and the inability to save seeds from one year to the next, Gates is gifting these toxic “terminator” seeds via the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. 

In effect, by giving these seeds away, Gates and Monsanto are like the drug dealers that give someone the first hit for free.  If the user wants to keep getting high, they’re going to have to buy the drugs after that first freebie.  The fact that these GMO seeds are self-terminating makes this the gift that keeps on giving, because as Third World farms convert to these self-terminating seeds, the farmers will have no choice but to continue using the Monsanto seeds – new seeds must be purchased every year, which puts Monsanto well on the road to creating a global agricultural monopoly. 

In Gates’ “annual letter” he outlines his plans under a humanitarian guise.  He mentions agricultural technology, vaccines for every child, and his plans to get others to give “gifts” to the Third World.

The depopulation plans of Bill Gates are chilling when they are presented to the world as “philanthropy” but it’s even more disturbing that Gates makes public statements about the reduction of population. 

He has clearly announced his plans….they are insidious. It’s infuriating to hear people say, “Oh, he didn’t mean it like that!”  He clearly did mean it “like that” because every move he makes is another step towards his stated goal of depopulation.

Part of the game for a psychopath is manipulation.  The challenge of convincing people to be complicit in their own deaths and enslavement is part of the entertainment.  The psychopath manipulates and deceives just to see if he can get away with it.  He is ruthless and utterly without conscience.

The only way to combat people like this is with information.  Expose the plan by sharing this information.  Let the world know about this evil NWO agenda of depopulation and control. 

The bottom line?  The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation promotes mass murder, involuntary sterility and agricultural monopoly that will ultimately lead to control of the world’s food supply.   Announcing their intentions only makes the game more interesting for them.

Agenda 21: Full Spectrum Domination

The peace-loving tree huggers at the UN have devised a plan for the world.   The friendly folks a the UN's Department for Sustainable Development  have a master plan for us all.

Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.

So let's see if we understand this correctly.  A plan of action.  Got it.  To be taken globally...okay - everyone must participate.  In every area in which human impacts on the environment....yep, that covers everyone and everything in the entire world.  It's a warm fuzzy way to take over the world!  Group hug, anyone?

Agenda 21 is an action plan that was developed at a summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.  You can read the entire plot HERE but the general idea is that the group of "leaders" intends to have a collective finger in every pie on the planet.

I.  SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DIMENSIONS

The first section of the pact...ahem....plan, deals with the people of the world. Particularly, the DSD wants to "help" those in Third World countries live better....they should be told how to make more money by putting everyone to work in perfect accordance with the goals of the Agenda, how to maintain their health through vaccinations and modern medicine, how to govern themselves, how to control their populations and how to make decisions that will concur with the ideals of the Agenda.

II.  CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES FOR DEVELOPMENT

This section includes protection of the atmosphere, land, mountains, ocean and fresh waters. So basically everything in the environment of a given country.  This means that historical ways of using these resources could be outlawed, changing the basic ways of life for the indigenous people to make way for "progress" and "sustainability".  This gives control of all natural resources to the good folks of the DSD.

Section 2 (specifically Chapter 9, subsection #8) also uses the disproven science of global warming to further the controls placed on the acquisition and use of resources.  This section of the articles of Agenda 21 confers vast taxation on resources, while allowing huge companies to use the green ideology to receive carbon credits, reallocating money from the power to the rich under a cloak of green hypocrisy.

By specifically outlining the management of all natural resources, it disallows the use of them for any but the 1% in power, effectively keeping people from farming, fishing, mining or otherwise harvesting the innate supplies provided by their environments.

III.  STRENGTHENING THE ROLE OF MAJOR GROUPS

The language in this section implies empowerment of women, children, unions, farmers, and indigenous peoples.  However, if you dig deeper you'll discover that all of this equality actually means the abolition of personal property, the demise of rural living, mandatory birth (population) control, and the "redevelopment" of cities.  This is Communism 101.  They intend to warehouse people in small areas for a multi-fold goal.  It will make them easier to control, easier to poison and/or chemically sterilize through managed food and water supplies, and will leave remove personal ownership of natural resources.  The slight-of-hand empowerment will actually take away the rights of families by disallowing ownership of personal property, curtailing their physical liberty by making all transportation public, and providing a pro-Agenda education/brainwashing for all. 

IV.  MEANS OF IMPLEMENTATION

This section describes how to get the whole world on board the happy train to Agenda 21-land.  Redistribution of financial resources (i.e., taking it away from some and sharing it among others), technology (public transit, "equal" distribution of energy usage, monitoring of behaviours through big brother technologies) science and environmentalism (removing people from rural areas to "save" the natural resources from pollution and mismanagement), re-education (brainwashing with propaganda) and restructuring of local governments (installing puppet leaders).

Agenda 21: Not Just for 3rd World Countries

All of this peace and love isn't just for developing countries.  The principles of Agenda 21 are insinuating themselves into the lives of North Americans and Europeans at warp speed.  With the decline of the American farm, people are being funnelled into the cities in search of work.  With the decline of the economy, fewer people can afford private transportation and are therefore limited to the places that public transit will take them.  Support of the local down-trodden is geared to further incite class warfare.  Separation of families through child protection agencies, big brother parenting,  and the dumbing down of our education system is planned to break down our society even further.  Publicly funded health care will dictate toxic vaccinations, secretive sterilization, eugenics of the elderly and less-productive members of society, and mandated birth control.


AGENDA 21 IS FULL-SPECTRUM DOMINATION BY THE 1%.  Nothing has been left out.  It guarantees both birth control and death control.  It promises the basic essentials of life in return for submission. It exchanges critical thinking for re-education and brainwashing.  It destroys the epicenter of the family, society and culture, allowing only one way to live.  It groups the population into small contained areas to be more easily controlled.  It takes away from some to give to others who will be more easily managed by the promise of a full belly and a warm shelter.

It's a parasitical representation of the 1%, feeding on the 99.
