Canada Regulates Yard Sales & Hand-Me-Downs

With the economy in the toilet and the outlook even further down into the sewer system, yard sales are popping up more than ever.  Not only can the seller make a few bucks, the buyers can hit the mother lode and acquire needed items at a tiny percentage of the price.  It’s win-win, right?

Not to the federal government of Canada.  If money is changing hands outside the system, the government is certain to want to put a stop to it.  What better way to halt trade that doesn’t benefit them than to regulate it?  

In a news release dated May 15, 2012, Health Canada (the federal department responsible for public health) cautions against buying or selling goods at a garage sales.  In fact, the regulations affect not only the sale of second-hand goods, but the donation of them.

The legal basis of this is a legislation passed last June.  “On June 20, 2011, the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) came into force. Its purpose is to protect the public by addressing and preventing dangers to human health or safety that are posed by consumer products in Canada. There is no distinction under the CCPSA and its regulations between new and used products. Any person who sells, distributes, or gives away consumer products that do not comply with the Act or its current regulations is breaking the law in Canada.”

This makes it illegal to pass on hand-me-downs, sell items on Craigslist, hold yard sales or garage sales, or donate these items to others in need.  As with all governmental documents, the wording is so vague that it is completely open to interpretation.  The published rhetoric focuses on items designed for infants and children but cautions, “Buyers and sellers are urged to exercise caution regarding all consumer products.”

One notable example of a “hazardous product” is loose fitting cotton sleepwear.  “Cotton or cotton-blends may only be used for tight-fitting styles such as sleepers or polo pajamas.”

Other odd caveats:

·        Plush animals that have detachable eyes or noses

·        Costume jewelry (could contain lead or cadmium)

·        Baby gates without instructions and original packaging

·        Cosmetics unless they comply with the Food and Drugs Act

·        MP3 players that could pose the risk of electric shock

·        Window blinds or curtains

For eagle-eyed yard-sale attendees or hand-me-down beneficiaries, an easy-to-use tattle-tale form is available on the Health Canada website.  With unparalleled convenience, the online form is automatically submitted to instigate an investigation of the questionable item.

This is another example of a government condescending to “care for” its citizens as though they are unable to exercise common sense when buying or selling goods.  The wildly intrusive law is just another method of control over the way people make money and the way people spend it. 

Other recent incidents of ridiculous regulations:

Three little girls in Georgia were busted by the police chief for having a lemonade stand in their front yard.  According to the Chief of Police, health was of great concern.  “"We were not aware of how the lemonade was made, who made the lemonade, of what the lemonade was made with, so we acted accordingly by city ordinance.”

A group of moms in Minnesota were threatened with criminal charges for distributing some farm fresh surplus to needy local families.

A Michigan woman was threatened with jail time for raising an organic garden in her front yard. 

Two Delaware neighbourhoods had all of their basketball nets and poles removed by the Department of Transportation and the state police.

The intrusion into normal everyday activities, the excessive regulations, and the threats of criminal and civil liability are all tyrannical actions by governments that are attempting to implement total control. 

Citizens will be only allowed to own approved items, purchased from approved outlets.  Kids can’t make money with a little hard work.  Charity cannot be given if you are blessed with an abundant harvest.  Citizens should only eat and drink regulated concessions, purchased from taxable outlets that have been pre-monitored by the nanny state.

Welcome to the Invasion

It looks like America is hosting an invasion.  China is buying up bits and pieces of the country and announcing plans to create little Chinese settlements.

Looking back in history, the original Pilgrims that journeyed to America from Europe came here seeking a new way of life.  They came to escape the tyranny of their former countries.

The Chinese Pilgrims, however, are not coming here to acclimatize themselves to our way of doing things – they have every intention of creating mini-Chinas all around the country.  According to an article by Michael Snyder at Activist Post,

“A Chinese group known as "Sino-Michigan Properties LLC" has bought up 200 acres of land near the town of Milan, Michigan. Their plan is to construct a "China City" with artificial lakes, a Chinese cultural center and hundreds of housing units for Chinese citizens. Essentially, it would be a little slice of communist China dropped right into the heartland of America.”

The article continues to detail China’s other large purchases of properties and industries.  A few other targets are:

·        An industrial complex and an additional 69 acres in Toledo, Ohio

·        Over 600,000 square miles of oil- and gas-rich land in Southern Texas

·        A 10,000- to 30,000-acre technology zone for industry, retail centers and homes south of Boise, Idaho

·        20% stake in a mine in Mt. Hope, Nevada

·        1/3 shares of oil leases in Colorado and Wyoming

These areas are called “special economic zones” and they are quietly springing up all over America.  Although China is by far snapping up property and shares the most quickly, other countries are getting into the game. 257 “special economic zones” are already in existence within the United States.

These areas enjoy “special US Customs treatment to promote global free trade.” This means limited inspections and regulations.  They will receive tax breaks for which Americans do not qualify, and in some cases will pay no taxes at all.  They will be importing their own goods, not buying ours, which rules out any economic benefit for our country.  Most who are employed by these companies will come directly from China, to be stationed in the self-sufficient Chinese cities. It is also interesting to note that “national laws” do not apply within the confines of the special economic zones.

The Chinese corporations making these deals and purchases, particularly Sinomach and Chinese National Offshore Oil Corporation, are directly linked to and owned by the Chinese Communist Party.

They are not coming to “help” our economy, regardless of what the politicians want us to believe.  They are coming to pillage our natural resources, raid our corporations and strategically place their own military within our borders, while we blithely allow it.

Not only is the economic encroachment alarming, but the possibility of fully loaded Trojan horses being invited into the country is a very distinct threat. America could be quietly invaded by a fully armed Chinese military and we wouldn’t know it until they opened fire.

How could this happen?

1.)   Large numbers of Chinese people will be allowed to immigrate quickly into the country, bypassing normal immigration procedures and populating the Chinese-owned zones.

2.)   “Expedited” US Customs policies could allow weapons and military equipment,  or the components to quickly manufacture these items,  to be imported in any amount, without restrictions.

3.)   The Chinese and Mexican defense ministers have held talks to discuss military cooperation.  There is rumoured (this is unsubstantiated) to be a Chinese military stronghold being built and stocked in Northern Mexico.

American CEOs who are selling out to China are traitors to our country.  Political “leaders” who are paving the way for this to occur through loopholes and by-laws are also guilty of treason. Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as "...a citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]." 

This is a  punishable federal offense, but unfortunately most people won’t wake up to this fact until the Chinese Communist Army military strike occurs on US soil.

Redefining Necessities

The whole world is watching as the government and the economy of Greece collapses.  It’s clear that any other country involved with the Euro is sliding into the same morass.  North America won’t be too far behind.

If we, in North America, are wise, we will take careful notes on what is happening, because there is definitely an exam coming up.

Right now, the Greeks are struggling each day to put food on the table, to keep roofs over their heads, and to make it from Point A to Point B without getting beaten or robbed.  The paradigm has shifted that dramatically for this beautiful country surrounded by blue waters and filled with historical ruins from the cradle of civilization.  Each day is a fight for mere survival and it’s only going to get worse. 

The "austerity measures" put in place due to the crumbling economy are so dramatic that starving parents are giving up their children to orphanages in hopes that they can be fed.

We have to learn from this to ensure our own survival in the years to come.

North Americans must redefine the word “necessity”.  Austerity is coming to a location near you, and it's coming soon.

We think we have it bad now, with the actual number of unemployed people hovering at 42%.   Don’t think that I’m glossing over the terrible situation. But this is the tip of the iceberg.

The last time you went to Wal-Mart or your other favorite shopping mecca to get the week’s goods, what was in your cart? Did you do a quick run with “just the necessities”?  What did those necessities entail?

Maybe you picked up….

 ~ a box of cold cereal for the kids.

~ a precooked rotisserie chicken so you didn’t have to make dinner

~ a pack of disposable razors

~ liquid soap for the bathroom

~ dishtowels because they were only a dollar

~ kitty litter

~ microwave popcorn

~ Ziploc bags for the kids’ lunches

~ a 2 liter bottle of Coke

~ a magazine that caught your eye when standing in the checkout line

All of this, of course, was bought in addition to any other regular groceries you purchased.  If you were lucky and thrifty, you got out of there for about $100.

In Greece any of these items would be luxuries right now.  These are not necessities. In Greece it is difficult to procure a bottle of aspirin, to say nothing of vital drugs like blood thinners and heart medications. People are searching through garbage cans to find something to feed their kids.

Your best chance of surviving the coming financial meltdown is to take a long hard look at the goods in your cart and redefine necessities.  Instead of that 2 liter bottle of Coke, buy a bag of dried beans that can be turned into a dozen servings of nutritious food.  Get 6 bars of basic soap for the same price as that cute little pump of liquid soap for your bathroom.

The prices are only going up, and shortly items we believe we must have will become more difficult to acquire.  Learn now what a necessity is, and stock up so you have what you need when the tsunami of economic collapse reaches our shores and begins to sweep away the unprepared.

Redefine necessities:

>Water

>Food (real food, basic ingredients like vegetable, grains, beans and meat)

>Medicine and medical supplies

>Basic hygiene supplies

>Simple tools

>Seeds

>Defense Items

Everything else is a luxury.

To rebuild our country once it collapses, hard workers and sensible people are going to have to survive the roughest years in modern history.

Learn from the tragedy unfolding in Greece and the rest of Europe.  Redefine what necessities are to you, and prepare while you still have time.  You won’t care that your dishtowels are nice if there is no food your cupboards.

Keep the people of Europe in your prayers, see your future in them, and prepare accordingly.

May 6, Election Day

The sun is up. It's quarter to 7, Sunday morning.

Let the games begin. I'm having my big cup of coffee, and then i will go to vote.

In any case.

The globalists and their little puppets in Greece, are getting ready to manipulate the election's procedure.

Letf wing parties, extreme lefts, anarchists, and "light" leftists, estimate to gather a total of 35%.

It's too much for a "west" capitalistic country. But from the other side, this manipulated capitalism, is screwing us for the last 70 years.

People are fed up, and need a radical change. A change in values, finance, moral, ethics, pride, and daily life.

We know that no political party, is going to form a government tonight. Thye desperatelly try to scare people, that the rise of leftists, and exit of the Eurozone will be the end of Greece.

As if it would matter for me if I die hungry, in the eurozone or out of it. We know what the E.U. common future is bringing: Total poverty for the south (Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Ireland),

for the well being of the north.

My brain says to vote for capitalism. But no political party is close to the free market beliefs.

My heart pushes me to marxist leftists or to the extremists. They both declare total destruction of the current rotten system, tough punishment of the thiefs, and a new society for the Equal builders of it.

I know it's bullshit, but to be honest i don't have faith to the others anymore. I saw our lives falling day by day, three years now.

After today, Greece won't be the same again.

Probably tommorow, the globalists will create a puppet government from the three conservative parties (actually the ones who brought us here, in the first place).

The plans are much bigger, in order to trust Greece's fate to the communists and anarchists.

I'm going to vote, having full knowledge of what I'm doing. I'm also prepared to defend my nation's consitution by any means, whatever this may mean for my life or my family's well being.

We will not let the fascists, the fake-socialists, and the thieves to prevail.

We live the ultimate democracy.

More and more people are voting for the coalition of leftist parties called SYRIZA.

Plain people talk to one another and rumours speak of the SYRIZA being the second in numbers.

The puppets and their masters didn't like the peoples' voice, so they put their instruments to stop rumours of spreading around.

The attorney general issued an order, by which an immediate survey will be held to find who is/are responsible for spreading "rumors".

As I told you the other day, they have shit their pants. If this SYRIZA goes second, all other left and anarchist parties will join them.

The danger of the E.U. construction is then visible. The question is what the E.U. puppet masters are going to do.

The river is rushing to the sea. There is no way to change its course.

Monday morning, the time is now 10.51.

No government, and no potential for a government.

People fucked the old dinosaurs, and voted for the leftists coalition.

The stock market opened 8% down.

The system is collapsing. Probably this week i will have to implement

Tuesday the 8th, 2012

Second day of the same shit.

The leftists took the order from the president, to search whether they can form a government of cooperation.

They already rejected the conservatives and the socialists. They will approach all the left parties, radical or not.

The communist party of Greece already denied the offer. Communists as always live in the Stalin era.

The stock market is collapsin for the second day. Yesterday it closed at -6,67%, today is already at -3,97%.

It's so funny.

We are ready. I'm going tonight to buy some packs of water, batteries for the flashlights, and some more meat cans.

Both cars are full of fuel, and my wife is preparing a small suitcase for her and our child. Another back pack for me is ready, with knives, a shovel, a torch, and other gadgets.
Don't worry. I'm fine. My brain is working 1000% now.

I really hope that the left finds its way to the government. The party that i voted for is making a conference to decide whether or not we vote for the left coalition.

We are more extremists than they are, but more or less our believes follow the same direction.

Codex Alimentarius: An Introduction to Soft Kill Eugenics

The world as we once knew it is gone.  The rosy cheeked children, bursting with energy, that once climbed trees and got up to mischief, are extinct.  The people are still here, but they are pale, lethargic and slowly dying. 

Every bite of food provided to these people is the product of a laboratory – the genetically modified spawn of Big Agri and Big Pharma.  The food looks incredible – huge, radiant tomatoes such a vivid red that one would think the lycopene was virtually emanating from the skin of the fruit.  Inside that appealing package is a food-like substance, utterly raped of nutrients.

The people are unable to go to a health-food store and purchase vitamins or an herbal tonic to put the spring back in their step.  Herbs, vitamins and nutrients in general have been labeled “toxins” and are only available via prescription at high prices and low doses.

If the people are caught hoarding treasured fertile heirloom seeds, and heaven forbid, planting them to grow their own food, punishment is swift and sure.  The bounty is taken and the people starve again.

Amidst the abundance of burgeoning supermarket shelves, the majority of the world’s population is slowly starving to death.

The world according to Codex Alimentarius looks grim indeed.  Codex Alimentarius (Latin for “food code”) is a global set of standards created by the CA Commission, a body established by a branch or the United Nations back in 1963.

The CA Commission’s purported mission, like all Agenda 21 missions, sounds so wonderful that it might have been created by a committee from heaven above. 

The main purposes of this Programme are protecting health of the consumers and ensuring fair trade practices in the food trade

Don’t you wonder what could possibly be wrong with that? The UN wants us to be healthy and wants everyone to be paid fairly.  Codex Alimentarius sounds great!  Let’s institute these standards right away!

As with all globally stated agendas, however, CA’s darker purpose is shielded by the feel-good words.

Global committees have been established to regulate the following topics, to name a few.

·        fruits and vegetables

·        fruit and vegetable juices 

·        fats and oils

·        meat, poultry and fish 

·        cereals, pulses (used for food and animal feed) and legumes

·        milk and milk products

·        natural mineral waters

·        sugars

·        cocoa products and chocolate

·        food hygiene

·        food labeling (as a way not to disclose GMO foods and ingredients)

·        pesticide residues;

·        residues of veterinary drugs found in foods 

·        food additives

The unfortunate thing is, the regulations ensure money, not safety. They guarantee profit, not health benefits.

“Codex Alimentarius is a dark marriage between pharmaceutical and chemical industries and the WTO, conceived to exact complete and regimented control over all food products and nutrients worldwide.” ~ writes Chantal Boccaccio of The People’s Voice.

Follow the Money

So if all of these regulations don’t benefit the consumers, who do they benefit?  Dr. Rima Laibow, of Health Freedom USA estimated that for every dollar spent on natural health solutions and supplements, Big Pharma loses $40.  Therefore, if people have the option to chose vitamins over valium, Big Pharma loses billions per year.

The medical establishment benefits.  When people are able to manage chronic conditions and avoid surgery through carefully choosing what they eat or what supplements they take, the medical establishment loses out on those costly visits that people must undertake in order to “manage” their conditions.

Pesticide manufacturers benefit.  GMO foods require greater pesticide use, thus manufacturers of pesticides like Round-up (Monsanto) reap the financial rewards while being allowed to poison the environment.

Food processors benefit.  CA requires food to be irradiated, a low cost (and nutrient-destroying) practice to require lower standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Big Pharma benefits.  CA mandates that nutrients be classified as drugs; therefore the purchase of vitamins will eventually require a prescription.  Prescription drugs, of course, are monitored by the FDA, which means only the Big Pharma companies will be able to manufacture and supply them. 

Maybe, then, the United States should just refuse to take part in CA.  That’s not going to happen, because all members of the World Trade Organization are legally bound under global guidelines, including CA standards.  CA standards override all national laws.  Lack of compliance to these standards may result in fines and/or crippling trade sanctions.  If a country wants to play the global trading game, that country has no option whatsoever but to comply with CA.  Those who do not comply automatically forfeit the judgment in any global trade dispute regarding food or nutrients.

It's Already Here

In 2010, during the distraction of the BP Oil Spill, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order (#13544) to implement CA in the US over the course of the next few years.  More akin to a royal decree than a constitutionally acceptable legislation, Obama proved his arrogance once again: he does NOT require the approval of Congress to make sweeping legislations.

In the United States, the FDA is in charge of implementing the standards.  Over the next two years, with the Food Safety Modernization Act, they will be doing just that.  According to a Natural News article by Dr. Gregory D’Amato, these irrevocable standards are on their way of being implemented to allow the US to “harmonize” with Codex.

* All nutrients (vitamins and minerals) are to be considered toxins/poisons and are to be removed from all food because Codex prohibits the use of nutrients to "prevent, treat or cure any condition or disease"

* All food (including organic) is to be irradiated, removing all toxic nutrients from food (unless eaten locally and raw).

* Nutrients allowed will be limited to a Positive List developed by Codex which will include such beneficial nutrients like Fluoride (3.8 mg daily) developed from environmental waste. All other nutrients will be prohibited nationally and internationally to all Codex-compliant countries [2].

* All nutrients (e.g., CoQ10, Vitamins A, B, C, D, Zinc and Magnesium) that have any positive health impact on the body will be deemed illegal under Codex and are to be reduced to amounts negligible to humans' health [3].

* All advice on nutrition (including written online or journal articles or oral advice to a friend, family member or anyone) will be illegal.

* All dairy cows are to be treated with Monsanto's recombinant bovine growth hormone.
* All animals used for food are to be treated with potent antibiotics and exogenous growth hormones.

* The reintroduction of deadly and carcinogenic organic pesticides that in 1991, 176 countries (including the U.S.) have banned worldwide including 7 of the 12 worst at the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pesticides (e.g., Hexachlorobenzene, Toxaphene, and Aldrin) will be allowed back into food at elevated levels [4].

* Dangerous and toxic levels (0.5 ppb) of aflotoxin in milk produced from moldy storage conditions of animal feed will be allowed. Aflotoxin is the second most potent (non-radiation) carcinogenic compound known to man.

* Mandatory use of growth hormones and antibiotics on all food herds, fish and flocks

* Worldwide implementation of unlabeled GMOs into crops, animals, fish and trees.

We’ve already seen incidences of health food stores being raided as though they were selling crystal meth instead of Vitamin C and organic vegetables.  Family farms are being driven out of business because they can’t afford to keep up with the ever-increasing regulations.  Natural healers have been criminalized throughout Europe, and that criminalization is on its way to North American shores.

Death by Codex

If it was only about the almighty dollar and the building of monopolies, one could almost comprehend the corporate greed behind Codex Alimentarius.  The plot is more sinister than even greed could create. 

Codex Alimentarius, quite simply, is an instrument of depopulation and control. 

Many prominent eugenicists, such as Bill Gates and David Rockefeller have openly promoted depopulation as a positive goal for the future.  Sickly people die off at a faster rate, dropping health care costs.  Dwindling populations consume fewer resources and leaving more for the Elite.

Morally, this soft kill approach is more palatable than outright attacks, like the release of viruses.  There is the risk that biological attacks could also affect the Elite. Military attacks, like nuclear war, could have a devastating effect on the environment, which would also negatively affect the elite. Subtly starving the masses, without them even realizing it, is the simplest method, and also the least likely to harm the NWO puppet masters that are in control of the United Nations.

As the attack on the world’s people becomes more obvious, the decision makers also risk being the victims of violent revolution.  Codex also helps to cover that aspect.  If people are malnourished, they are unable to resist tyranny with the same enthusiasm as a healthy population.  They are also far more susceptible to disease, should biological warfare be one day in the best interests of the Elite.

It’s win-win, if you happen to be a member of the Elite.  The outcome doesn’t look so great for the rest of us.

Henry Kissinger, the eugenicist poster child for the NWO, said it best.

If you control food, you control the population.
