2nd Amendment Sneak Attack

CORRECTION:  Bill 1813 does not give the IRS the power to take away guns.  It gives the Secretary of Transportation the power to limit or restrict the transportation of guns.  I'd like to offer my sincerest apology for passing on incorrect information, and I'll strive to be more accurate in the future.  Thank you to those who wrote to point out the mistake - it is greatly appreciated.

It looks like the power of the IRS to revoke passports is merely a drop in the tyrannical bucket.

The Senate has voted to approve Bill 1813, which is now on its way to the House.  The insidious bill has so many attacks on freedom that the most serious one has been largely overlooked.

There are two attacks on gun ownership in this bill.  The text of the bill, all 1676 pages of it, can be found HERE.

The first attack on the right to bear arms is found on page 1323.

The Secretary may modify, suspend, or terminate a special permit or approval if the Secretary determines that—(1) the person who was granted the special permit or approval has violated the special permit or approval or the regulations issued under this chapter in a manner that demonstrates that the person is not fit to conduct the activity authorized by the special permit or approval; or (2) the special permit or approval is unsafe.

In the ambiguous language that the Congress so loves to employ in all things unconstitutional, we can translate that to the parental favorite, “Because I said so.”

The second attack on gun ownership is more subtle.

There is a stream of logic that you have to follow. 

First, if this bill passes, the IRS will have the authority to take away the passports of those whom they say owe more than $50,000 in taxes.  (The tax debt doesn’t have to be proven, mind you, the IRS simply has to accuse you of owing the money.)  You can find this section on page 1447 of the Bill.

When your passport is revoked by the government, you are suddenly on the “no-fly list”.

Membership in the no-fly club puts you on yet another list, as a potential domestic terrorist.

Domestic terrorists are not allowed to have guns.

Don’t believe me?  Listen to Raul Emanuel gloat of it.  He eloquently states “If you are known as maybe a possible terrorist you cannot buy a handgun in America.” (1:13 of the video)

Emanuel, the Mayor of Chicago and former Obama Chief of Staff, makes the top of my personal treason list for this statement. In his own words, "maybe a possible terrorist" means you shouldn't be allowed the rights guaranteed to you as an American. No proof necessary.

Bill 1813, ‘‘Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act’’, is chock full of new ways to take away our personal freedoms.  The bill would require “stalker boxes” on our vehicles, puts a huge number of restrictions on travel and transportation within the US, allows the government to revoke documents and licenses in ambiguous language and is, in essence, nearly 1700 pages of new restrictions. (You can find a summary HERE if you don’t want to read all 1676 pages).

A Call to Action

Did your Senator vote for this bill?  There’s a good chance he or she did, as only 22 Senators voted against it.  You can find out how your senator voted HERE.

The bill was sponsored by Barbara Boxer (California) and co-sponsored by Max Baucus (Montana), James N. Inhofe (Oklahoma), and David Vitter (Louisiana). For your convenience, I've included links to the contact information for each of these Senators.  Be sure and send an email to let them know how you feel about this new attack on freedom.

Email your Representatives and make it very clear that you consider this Bill an act of treason against the Constitution. This directory contains email addresses and contact information for all members of Congress.

Every bill that goes through Congress right now appears to hold another threat to the Constitution (if not multiple threats).  Every word needs to be carefully analyzed so we can fight these attacks.

Remain vigilant.

Know Thine Enemy: Crowd Control Tactics of the Regime

A new type of police and military training makes you, the citizen, the target.
With a blaze of chest-thumping glory, the current Regime is making plans to crush the Resistance.

New weapons are being trotted out, soldiers are being asked if they would be willing to fire on citizens and police are being trained not to serve and protect, but to crush and dominate.

In a psychologically threatening move, the propaganda machine has been allowed to report on these things to send us a message.  The Regime wants us to believe that resistance is futile.

So exactly what are we up against?

Brutal New Training with Israeli Forces

New training for American police forces is targeting "crowd control".  Evidence of this can be seen in the increasing violence against protesters in the Occupy movement.  Across the nation, bones are being broken, medical attention is being denied and photos of handcuffed people covered in blood are appearing.  Immediately previous to this outbreak of violence, police departments from all over the nation trained and competed with the Yamam, an Israeli quasi-military police force known for extreme brutality,  in a training exercise called Urban Shield. Israel's national human rights abuses security prowess has led to a veritable hiring frenzy of Israeli military officers in American airports and shopping malls in what one journalist calls "The Israelification of America's security apparatus".

National Guardsmen Trained in Urban Warfare 

However, it isn't just the police that we need to be worried about.  The next threat to Resistance in the United States is the National Guard. The National Guard, in essence, is a group of civilians with once-monthly military training. 

During the Hurricane Katrina aftermath in New Orleans, the US National Guard went house to house disarming citizens in violation of their Second Amendment rights. The National Guard has a "a full-immersion contemporary urban training environment," the Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex in  Jennings County, Indiana, " a 180 acre reservoir and urban infrastructure consisting of 68 major buildings including a school, hospital, dormitories, light industrial structures, single family type dwellings, a dining facility and administrative buildings."  Practice makes perfect and drills occur continuously at this location to prepare the Guard for "close quarter battles" and dealing with "non-compliant OP-FOR" (opposing forces).

New Sci-Fi Crowd Dispersal Weapons 

A weapon recently developed for crowd control is a microwave heat gun called an Active Denial System.  The media, replete with military voice-overs, has assured people that this is a completely non-lethal way to disperse "mobs".  The weapon the sensation of extreme heat and immense pain by zapping the top layer of skin via dielectric heating.  According to military spokespeople, the worst injury inflicted was second-degree burns on 2 people out of over 11,000 people tested.  But what happens when they turn up the dial?

Our Own Military with an Action Plan to Quell Unrest
Last year the Pentagon announced plans to deploy troops within the United States to quell civil unrest in the event of a catastrophic event. Many have suggested this is merely the first step towards implementing Rex 84, a governmental readiness plan to implement martial law in a quick and brutal fashion. 

The plan has a subsection called Operation Garden Plot, which states,"If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place, under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all Federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters."  Who, exactly, are the threats, according to Garden Plot?  "Disruptive Elements" include "tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters" according to Annex A, Section B.

UN "Peacekeepers"
Operation Garden Plot also opens the door for another potential enemy to the Resistance, the United Nations Peacekeepers.  "TAB A APPENDIX 1 TO ANNEX S USAF CIVIL DISTURBANCE PLAN 55-2 EXHIBIT POR:SGH, JCS Pub 6, Vol 5, AFR 160-5 hereby provides for America's military and the National Guard State Partnership Program to join with United Nations personal in said operations. This links selected U.S. National Guard units with the Defense Ministries of "Partnership For Peace."

Nearly 10 years ago, US Marines stationed in 29 Palms, California were given a survey.  One portion of the survey that has been getting a lot of press lately was "Consider the following statement:“I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government.""  Equally chilling, however, are these "true/false" statements: 

• I would swear to the following code:“I am a United Nations fighting person. I serve in the forces which maintain world peace and every nation’s way of life. I swear and affirm to support and defend the Charter of the United Nations and I am prepared to give my life in its defense.”
• I feel there is no conflict between my oath of office and serving as a U.N. soldier. 
• It would make no difference to me to take orders from a U.N. company or squadron commander.
• I feel the President of the U.S. has the authority to pass his responsibilities as Commander-in-Chief to the U.N. Secretary General.

 It appears that the plan has been for our own military to fight side by side with soldiers from other countries ....against Americans who have the courage to stand up for their rights and protest, on American soil.  Our land could be legally infiltrated by soldiers in blue helmets who have taken no oath to defend our country from all threats, foreign and domestic.

UN troops bring with them an entirely different batch of weapons for subduing an insurrection. 

"The "non-lethal" anti-personnel weapons described in the USN article fit into three categories, the first being a laser type of weapon designed to disable an adversary with temporary blindness. Other weapons fit into the acoustic or "sonic" category. Acoustic weapons, set to resonate at certain frequencies, can vibrate the internal organs of targeted personnel, stun them and induce nausea or even "liquefy their bowels and reduce them to quivering diarrheic messes", according to the Pentagon. A third type of weapon is electromagnetic which emits radio frequencies that heat a target like a microwave oven, the effects ranging from discomfort, fever, or death, depending on the distance. Very low frequency electromagnetic radiation has been used to put test animals into a stupor or cause their brain cells to release histamine that would cause flu-like symptoms in a human."

A former U.S. Representative to the UN, Charles Lichenstein, commented on the UN's agenda: "The UN is reinventing what used to be called "peace keeping". In the last several years, that do-good concept has been stretched to encompass a range of UN operations that typically involve the use of force, even the waging of war. 'UN peace keeping' is a dangerously misleading misnomer."

The North American Homeland Law Enforcement Collaboration

The United States and Canada recently signed  The North American Homeland Security Perimeter agreement, which effectively allows the military and police forces of either country to legally operate in the other country. The Declaration on a Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness states "We intend to work together to uncover and disrupt threats that endanger the security of both Canada and the United States and to establish those agreements or policies necessary to ensure timely sharing of information for combined efforts to counter the threats. We intend to ensure we have the ability to support one another as we prepare for, withstand, and rapidly recover from disruptions."

Recent meetings between the leaders of the United States, Canada and Mexico have sparked more discussion of the creation of a North American Union , with the purported immediate agenda of disarming the American people.

Foreign Troops on American Soil with the Permission of the De Facto Government

Finally, members of the Resistance should be aware that foreign troops already have their boots on US soil - actually they have for years.  Troops from Mexico, Russia, and China have all made appearances, en masse, in a move to desensitize us to the sight of armed foreign soldiers.

The threats against the Resistance are many, but knowledge is power. 

We can collectively resist the overthrow of the American Republic when we have properly identified the threats. We can learn about the weapons to be used against dissenters and by understanding the plans outlined in Rex 84, Urban Shield and Garden Plot, we can predict the moves of the opposition.

Our eventual victory over the attack on our Constitutional Republic lies in our strategy and our passion.

Lessons from Hitler

It appears that Barack Obama has been reading Mein Kampf.  He must have been folding down the pages and using a yellow highlighter too, because it would be difficult for him to get much closer to the philosophies of Adolf Hitler.

In a comparison between current events and Hitler's methodical expansion of the German Empire, it appears that our de facto government has been taking lessons from der Fuhrer.

"The Nazi party should not become a constable of public opinion, but must dominate it. It must not become a servant of the masses, but their master!"  The mainstream media has completely blacked out all things that reflect negatively on the current administration.  Dr. Ron Paul's presidential campaign has been virtually ignored, there was very little discussion about the National Defense Resources Preparedness order, and the drama surrounding President Obama's lack of eligibility has been completely silenced.  People have only been presented with the candidates that are the puppets of the Elite "acceptable" to the Elite.  The public has been soothed to be informed that the blank check prosecutorial powers of the  NDAA are to protect them from the threat domestic terrorists.

"People have killed only when they could not achieve their aim in other ways ... there is a broadened strategy, with intellectual weapons ... why should I demoralize the enemy by military means if I can do so better and more cheaply in other ways?" The people of America have been oppressed financially. With unemployment rates so high that even a blatant doctoring of the statistics cannot hide it, people are desperate to keep their homes out of foreclosure and feed their families.  According to Dr. Bruce Levine, a clinical psychologist "... today, most U.S. citizens are broken by financial fears. There is potential legal debt if we speak out against a powerful authority, and all kinds of other debt if we do not comply on the job. Young people are broken by college-loan debts and fear of having no health insurance....We are also broken by a corporate-government partnership that has rendered most of us out of control when it comes to the basic necessities of life, including our food supply."

"Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future." In recent Congressional testimony, Obama's Director of National Intelligence, Adm. Dennis Blair, acknowledged that the administration reserves the “right” to carry out assassinations. Investigative journalist Andrew Breitbart suffered an extremely suspicious "heart attack" just hours before the release of information that promised to damage the campaign of the President. Whistleblowers of the BP oil spill have been dropping like flies.  Dissent has become a terminal illness.

"When an opponent declares, "I will not come over to your side," I calmly say, "Your child belongs to us already... What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community." When your child enters the doors of the local public school, he or she is being prepared for life in the new regime.  Promoting the false environmental movement takes precedence over the "three Rs", and sets the stage for a warm reception of Agenda 21.  Sex education starts earlier and earlier and is extremely explicit.  The children are being desensitized to invasions upon their personal privacy as they walk through metal detectors, have their lockers searched, and are constantly monitored by video cameras and even RFID chips in some schools.  They are being subjected to terror drills with villains such as "homeschoolers" and "fundamental Christians" where they are moved to locations undisclosed to parents until after the drills.  This MK Ultra style of brainwashing is not preparing our kids for successful independent lives - it's preparing them to be good little worker bees who have no concept of resistance.


"There must be no majority decisions, but only responsible persons, and the word 'council' must be restored to its original meaning. Surely every man will have advisers by his side, but the decision will be made by one man." President Obama is definitely taking this one to heart.  He frequently bypasses the Congress by signing treaties and executive orders, both of which do not require Congressional approval.  He and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta have asserted that the decision to use military force will not go through Congress, but through Nato and the United Nations, despite the fact that the Constitution states that only the Congress has the authority to declare war.  In his own words, Obama said, "We can't wait for Congress to do its job. So where they won't act, I will.  We're going to look every single day to figure out what we can do without Congress."

The real lesson from Hitler that the current regime might like to take note of, is how he ended up.  As the tide of the war began to turn, he retreated to his bunker for the final 4 months of his reign, as the Third Reich that was rapidly disintegrating before his eyes.  His most trusted advisers and officers turned against him, attempting to surrender Berlin to the allies.  Hitler's own ally, Benito Mussolini, was executed by Italian revolutionaries.  Rather than face that fate, or even worse, surrender, Hitler and his wife were said to have committed suicide when the Soviet forces were less than 500 yards away from the bunker.. (There is some historical question whether Hitler truly died on April 30, 1945 or if he somehow escaped and lived out the rest of his life in wealthy anonymity in South America.)

For contemporary leaders taking notes from Mein Kampf, please remember that oppression begets violent revolution.  More than 77,000 Germans died resisting Hitler. The armies of the world declared war on him.  His own favored officials eventually turned against him and leaked information to the Allies that aided in the fall of Berlin.  Adolf Hitler suffered a nervous collapse and ended up defeated, powerless and eternally reviled. Despite a rip-roaring start at ruling the world, it really didn't end very well for Hitler.

 

Random Acts of Resistance

How does the average person fight the New World Order that is rapidly taking over our government and our country?

It's not enough to continuously educate ourselves through alternative media news sites.  Commenting on patriotic forums is great -- I do it too -- but it's time for real world action.

It's time to bring our A-games and begin actively resisting.  Does this mean that we're all going to get rounded up and hauled off to FEMA camps for "re-education" or worse, to disappear into Guantanamo forever?

Not if we're smart. 

I propose a series of  "Random Acts of Resistance" to open the eyes of the masses and to stand firm against the oppression that threatens our liberty on a daily basis.


Refuse all debt.  If you don't have the money for something, don't indenture yourself to the banks to get it.
Close your bank account.  Do not do business with the Big Banks.  If you must have an account, deal with small local credit unions.

New Executive Order: We Can Take Anything from Anyone at Any Time

Very quietly, on Friday, March 16, President Barack Obama signed an Executive Order called the National Defense Resources Preparedness order.

Like every "act" or "order" passed of late, the name is a completely misleading piece of false-patriotic propaganda.

It should be called the "We Can Take Anything from Anyone at Any Time" order, because that is exactly what it boils down to. 

The general function of the act is this:

Executive departments and agencies responsible for plans and programs relating to national defense...or for resources and services needed to support such plans and programs, shall identify requirements for the full spectrum of emergencies, including essential military and civilian demand.

This means that any department of the government that is responsible for any item or service, either for the military or the general populace, can make a determination of what the needs of the country are.  The "full spectrum of emergenices" means that this is not specific to times of martial law.

These departments shall:

be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirement.

This means that if you own a factory that produces something the government "needs", your facility can be co-opted to produce the goods required.  People can be forced to work to provide these items.

A committee, headed up by the Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, "shall serve as the integrated policymaking forum for consideration and formulation of national defense resource preparedness policy and shall make recommendations to the President on the use of authorities under the Act."

Six governmental departments have been delegated the authority  "to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense."

This is followed by a list of the Department Secretaries and what items they can "reallocate" (which sounds better than "steal")

(1)  the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

(2)  the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

(3)  the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

(4)  the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

(5)  the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6)  the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

So, again, it boils down to "anything they want" - if it isn't specified in the list, it's covered by the Secretary of Commerce with "all other materials, services, and facilities".

If you are assuming that this appropriation of personal property will only happen during times of war or great crisis, don't.  That's covered too:

The Secretary of each agency...shall plan for and issue regulations to prioritize and allocate resources and establish standards and procedures by which the authority shall be used to promote the national defense, under both emergency and non-emergency conditions.

And this brings home "anything at any time".

This is followed by a big section on defense spending and allocation of funds (more spending), as well as what reports need to be written.

Then the order discusses "labor requirements" of the "national workforce".  Some of the new responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, are as follows:

• make a continuing appraisal of the Nation's workforce needs for purposes of national defense
• the development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services
• formulate plans, programs, and policies for meeting the labor requirements of actions to be taken for national defense purposes

This means that you can be compelled to work at a specific job if the government deems it necessary.  Further, they can put you in the military, even though we currently have no active draft.

A decision-making committee has been formed.  Pay attention, because these are the folks that can take your things, commandeer your business and make you work wherever they choose, whenever they choose.

Finally, Part VIII of the order defines the general provisions- the items and property of American people which can be taken from them under the scope of this act.  It is simply astounding in it's breadth of definitions.

• "Civil transportation" includes movement of persons and property by all modes of transportation in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce within the United States, its territories and possessions, and the District of Columbia, and related public storage and warehousing, ports, services, equipment and facilities, such as transportation carrier shop and repair facilities.  "Civil transportation" also shall include direction, control, and coordination of civil transportation capacity regardless of ownership.
• "Energy" means all forms of energy including petroleum, gas (both natural and manufactured), electricity, solid fuels (including all forms of coal, coke, coal chemicals, coal liquification, and coal gasification), solar, wind, other types of renewable energy, atomic energy, and the production, conservation, use, control, and distribution (including pipelines) of all of these forms of energy.
• "Farm equipment" means equipment, machinery, and repair parts manufactured for use on farms in connection with the production or preparation for market use of food resources.
• "Fertilizer" means any product or combination of products that contain one or more of the elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use as a plant nutrient.
• "Food resources" means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption.  "Food resources" also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers.
• "Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources.
• "Health resources" means drugs, biological products, medical devices, materials, facilities, health supplies, services and equipment required to diagnose, mitigate or prevent the impairment of, improve, treat, cure, or restore the physical or mental health conditions of the population.
•  "Water resources" means all usable water, from all sources, within the jurisdiction of the United States, that can be managed, controlled, and allocated to meet emergency requirements.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America...

This Executive Order was quietly signed on Friday afternoon.  It is the death warrant of private property in the United States.  An Executive Order, by definition, does not require congressional approval.  A president can use it to set a policy and avoid all public debate and opposition. 

This is nothing more than a foundation for the establishment of peace-time martial law.  The President and his buddies are no longer trying to hide behind a facade of democracy.  HE IS INTENT ON COMPLETE CONTROL.  No president, not even Bush, with the unPatriot Act, has done more damage to the Bill of Rights than Barack Hussein Obama. His utter contempt for the property and liberty of the American people, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights is positively unmatched in the history of this country.

NOTE TO READERS: 

It remains to be seen if the bought-and-paid-for mainstream media will publicize this outrage - nearly two days after the fact there is little to be found in a Google search, so my hopes aren't high.  Don't let the current de facto government sweep this under the rug - let's make it our responsibility to spread the word on this.

The US government has brainwashed the ignorant of America to justify all manner of atrocities by veiling those sins in a cloak of "patriotism".  People have not only stood by while we have committed grievous acts, they have cheered resoundingly as citizens of other countries are devastated and killed by us.  Leaders have manipulated the masses through patriot propaganda to support a corrupt government, validate unfair foreign policy and agree to the mistreatment of countless citizens of our own country.

• 1947: After the attack on Pearl Harbor, over 110,00 innocent Americans of Japanese descent were rounded up and placed in internment camps.  62% of those people were American citizens, but the vile act was justified in Executive Order 9066 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt because "the successful prosecution of the war requires every possible protection against espionage and against sabotage to national  defense material, national defense premises, and national defense utilities."  Few Americans protested, because they had been convinced that it was necessary to keep the country safe from traitors and espionage.
• 1950:  Senator Joseph McCarthy, an anti-Communist zealot, spent his 10 year career as a senator accusing innocent Americans of Communist ties.  Despite the fact that the cases were unproven, careers were destroyed, people were blacklist and families were shattered.  One vocal opponent, Senator Millard Tydings, was said to have committed "the most brazen whitewash of treasonable conspiracy in our history."
• 2001:  After the 9/11 attacks, the war drums began to pound furiously.  According to President George Bush, "You're either with us or against us in the fight against terror."  It didn't matter that this war would kill, to date, nearly 1.5 million men, women and children.  All good patriots had to support the war, support our troops and support our blood-thirsty quest for control over the Middle East's oil supply  vengeance.  Flags waved furiously across the United States, with every flat surface belonging to good Americans plastered with a red-white-and-blue decal.
• Vietnam, Korea, Grenada, Lebanon, Somalia, the former Yugoslavia, Cuba, South America:  pick a destination on the globe and we've been told that it is our civic duty as Americans to blow it up.
• The Present: Over the past 10 years many laws have been passed that negate freedom in the name of Americanism.  The unPatriot Act, the establishment of the TSA, the NDAA, the American Expatriation Act, the anti-protest Trespass Bill - all of these have combined to make a mockery of the Constitutional principles that our country was founded on.  They've been presented in a way that an unquestioning general populace can feel snug and secure against domestic and foreign threats, when in fact the real threat to America is within the buildings of Washington DC.

Loving one's country doesn't mean blindly accepting the actions of the leaders.  When the leaders of the country abandon the Constitution, human conscience and morality, the act of a true Patriot is to question that and question it loudly.

The US government knows that the Cult of the Flag is the most powerful tool in the brainwashing arsenal.  By propagandizing through the special-interest-owned media, they intend to convince every American that it is his or her patriotic duty to support the President, right or wrong.  They intend to distribute the red-white-and-blue Kool-aid to persuade us to ignore our values and morals and blindly wave the flag.

Our patriotic duty is not to the government.  The act of a patriot is to question the acts of the government and to not be diverted from that call for accountability by a war-mongering, go-team rhetoric.  Our duty is to think critically and dissent when necessary.  You can love your country without loving your government.  We must be willing to defend our country from within, and that means risking discomfort, persecution and potentially, our lives.

It is not the people who wish for their lives to come to an end. It is not the wish of the people to see their comfort disturbed, to be forced out into the streets to try desperately to save those things of value to a great nation. There would be nothing better in life than to recline with a laptop and browse the Internet with nothing on one's mind but leisure and entertainment. For those without conscience, this is still possible...for now. But no level of disengagement will survive the insatiable demand of government for control.

One might think themselves safe with their Sunday church service, bible class, flat screen tv, video games, porn and progressive lifestyle. Just Wait. They will come for you, when they are finished with us.

Liberty is the item on the agenda, it is the one thing the government cannot abide. Liberty is the limitation of power, it is the forestalling of their dream of control.

Those in government today do not have the will of their convictions, they do not have the ability to stand before the withering gaze of others and do what is right. They do not stand for the Constitution they have sworn to defend. They are incapable of principle. If so, where are they?

Give us allies among the police, the military, we will take them, we will work with them to secure our rights, everyone's rights. Liberty is not worth dying for if it is mine alone that I seek. It is insane to die for one's own liberty, which must be forfeit at the dying. Don't you see? Liberty is only worth dying for if it benefits others. Does an officer of the law venture out into the night with a sidearm to confront criminals in order to stay safe? Why not stay in the squad car? Do you expect us to act any differently when we see corruption and criminals everywhere in government?

Who will do it? Who will protect the people from government? Is it the ten-year veteran police officer owing allegiance to the government department, his/her union, his/her family? Will they be the ones to step out of line and acknowledge the un-Constitutional nature of their duties? We have been waiting.

Where do these liberty groups come from? What purpose does the Tea Party serve? One cannot exist in America today and not see the angst of the people in all these different manifestations. What do they ask? Do these groups ask for power or prestige? Do they seek rights from others? No, they ask only for their rights to be acknowledged and respected and for government to cease violations of those rights so clearly identified in the Bill of Rights. No, it is not muddied and unclear, these rights are not vague and in need of clarification by the government, they are plain and in simple language so that all can see their purpose.

Phrases such as "Congress shall make no law" are not difficult to understand, yet it has made such laws and has been supported by the government justices. No surprise. The few things government is supposed to do, it refuses to do. It does not declare war anymore; it does not defend the borders anymore; it does not protect the votes of citizens anymore. It does sell guns to Mexican cartels who then turn around and violate the borders of the nation and kill American citizens. All for a political gamble to further restrict the Second Amendment.

Government cannot tolerate the rights of the people, because it limits their ability to exert control. Nothing else. Look no further than that. Rights of search and seizure are there for a reason, to keep the government out of the people's lives, out of their papers, out of their private matters, yet it is violated at the drop of a hat in order to exert control. There are ways to obtain evidence of a crime without making criminals of everyone to allow random inspection. Upon oath and describing the particular things to be searched for and seized. That's not a tough hill to climb where crimes have been committed and a suspect is identified.

On down the line it goes, from Religious freedom, freedom of the press, the right to possess a weapon, the right to be free from random searches and seizures, the right to confront one's witnesses against them, all of these things are under assault because it makes it easier for the government to exert control.

We in the liberty movement have seen the progression over the span of our lives. We have watched as every crisis takes from us another liberty, violates another right. The government continues to create enemies from which the people need to be safe, like Anti-Government Extremists. We are not extreme, we are righteously against a corrupt and criminal government that has refused its limitations. We can read the Bill of Rights and know when it is government itself that is in violation of the law.

Had we seen a stopping point, a barrier that the government will not cross our purpose would cease. We might then become advocates of certain violations, but we would be able to legally walk back these excesses within a justice system that could acknowledge excess. Were the Supreme Court to act as defenders of the Constitution rather than creators of a "civil society" we could place our fates in their hands.

Nothing would be better than to know that we were safe from the abuses of government via some benefactor who would have the power to take up our case and let justice prevail. But, it is the power of government itself that precludes this possibility. It has corrupted all avenues of justice within its structure.

So, we have been led to this place, this desperation by the actions of the government seeking power over us. The government that seeks to be free of the bondage placed on it by the Constitution. It does so with the complicity of those sworn to defend the Constitution, who are also paid by the government and supported in retirement by the government. Who are we to appeal to?

Even a house cat is dangerous when left no avenue of escape and fears for its life. The government has gotten its wish, it has bound us up, left us nowhere to seek redress, no one to appeal to for help...except each other. It is with no pleasure that we take the next step.

The Systematic Destruction of the Bill of Rights

When the United States Constitution was first drafted, some states were reluctant to ratify it.  Why?  According to a speech to Congress in 1789 by James Madison, the people demanded that the language be more specific, laying out precise guidelines to which all forthcoming laws must adhere.

I believe that the great mass of the people who opposed [the Constitution], disliked it because it did not contain effectual provision against encroachments on particular rights, and those safeguards which they have been long accustomed to have interposed between them and the magistrate who exercised the sovereign power: nor ought we to consider them safe, while a great number of our fellow citizens think these securities necessary.

So was born the Bill of Rights, a supplemental document to the blueprint for government, the Constitution.

For over 200 years, the Bill of Rights has been akin to a sacred text, largely unquestioned and relied upon for the decision-making of laws and justice.

Fast forward to 2012 - the current regime. Five articles of the Bill of Rights are under constant, sustained attack.  Madison and the other founding fathers are certainly rolling in their graves, shouting "WE WARNED YOU ABOUT THIS!!!"

1st Amendment:
guarantees the freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of speech, and freedom of the press

Freedom of speech and freedom of the press are seriously threatened by ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement), a multinational treaty that presents itself as a ban on pirating, but is in all actuality a legal loophole to shut down any website at any time.

Freedom of assembly took a serious hit on Feb. 29 with the passing of the Federally Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act.  This bill states that protesting is illegal on restricted property, defined as " a posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of: (1) the White House or its grounds or the Vice President’s official residence or its grounds, (2) a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting, or (3) a building or grounds so restricted due to a special event of national significance. "  So if someone "important" is present or something "significant" is occurring, you aren't allowed to protest.  Later wording in the bill informs us that it doesn't matter if we know the person is present or the event is occurring - it's just flat out illegal and trespassers and offenders will be imprisoned.

2nd Amendment
guarantees the right to bear arms

The second amendment has been suffering a series of sneak attacks, state by state.  Instead of going after the guns (because that, of course, would be unconstitutional) they are going after ammunition.  Recently the New Jersey state congress made a failed attempt to ban all handgun ammunition and some rifle ammunition.  Illinois currently has a bill on the table to add a surtax to ammunition.  Expect to see more states following suit.  Gun registries and more licensing requirements are also imminent.

4th Amendment
guarantees freedom against unreasonable search and seizure

This amendment was trashed by the un Patriot Act, passed in 2001 by Bush and extended in 2011 by Obama.  The act extended the definition of domestic terrorism, allowing search, seizure and surveillance without the formalities of a warrant.  The

5th and 6th Amendments
5th guarantees due process (habeas corpus)
6th guarantees the right to an attorney as well as the right to a speedy and public trial

According to the 5th amendment a person shall not be "deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law".  According to the National Defense Authorization Act that right no longer applies if the accused can be painted as a terrorist by any stroke of the brush.  An American can now be indefinitely detained without trial, the right to an attorney or actual evidence.  All that is required to implement this treasonous act is the suspicion of "belligerence".

The Bill of Rights is our protection against the government.  This document is a summation of the lessons learned by our founding fathers in our original fight for independence from an oppressive government. 

As the current regime encroaches more and more on the freedom this country was based on, we get ever-closer to the need for a Second American Revolution.  The sad thing is, this revolution is against other Americans, not some sovereign entity across the sea.  The very people who have been elected to represent us and protect our rights have turned against us, voting behind the safety of closed Congress doors to enslave us, disarm us and imprison us. 

We are called traitors, terrorists and extremists for supporting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as our basis for law.  Constitutionalism is methodically being outlawed.

However, I submit this question for your reflection:

The rule of law in the United States is the legal standard that all government decisions must be measured by applying the known legal principles of the Constitution.

If all laws must be based on the Constitution...

and our government officials

(members of Congress, the President, etc.)

are passing laws in opposition to this foundational theory...

Resist or Submit: It's Time to Pick a Team

The classic battle of good vs. evil has begun. 

Actually it began a long time ago.  Secretively, the skirmishes began in plush back rooms, with just a few of the "Elite"  of the world, plotting on how to take over and make the planet serve their purposes.  Their motto?  Serve or be served.  They are the Powers That Be and they certainly don't intend to serve us.

Now they've decided to include the rest of us in the game.

This all sounds very dramatic.  It sounds like something from a really good spy flick or a supernatural battle movie, where good always wins in the end, no matter what the odds.  You can almost picture the players.....the good looking hero and his beautiful sidekick, the scowling villains, heads surrounded eerily by the wafting smoke from their cigars.  Film noir at it's finest, a thrilling ride that is over in two hours and 10 minutes, with justice firmly reestablished.

This isn't a movie, though.  It's not just life in the United States - this is the world over. The end-game of the PTB is near, and we must now all pick a side.  The choices are defined.  We are now pawns in the game, being moved around the big golden game board by the richest most powerful 1% of the world's population.  We are the toys of spoiled sociopathic children with armies.

The options?

Resistance

or

Submission

You can't opt out - participation is a requirement.

The day is coming very soon when you have to decide whether to be a slave, being fed and sheltered at the whims of the PTB; or to fight - to resist, evade and battle for the freedoms given by God and guaranteed by the Constitution.

There's a hierarchy in place, and one at a time, those at each of these levels are choosing sides.

GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

Members of the United States government have already chosen whether to ally with the people or the PTB. It appears that most whom have been given seats in Washington have sided against their constituencies, having already made deals with the Devil in order to be elected.  While many of them seem to think that they are the ones in power, in actuality, they've been purchased, blackmailed or subdued and they are mere servants in expensive suits.  Heads of state, members of Congress, directors of federal law enforcement - all are players in this level.

There are a few notable holdouts, like Ron and Rand Paul, but the vast majority of the Congress has gone over to the dark side.  One need only look at the voting results for passing the NDAA to see which team the Senators and Representatives have chosen.  The governmental members of the Resistance will be targets.  "Accidents" will befall some of them.  Outright assassinations will occur.  Threats against life, loved ones and personal liberty will be a regular occurrence.  And yet a few brave men and women will resist, lead and fight.

THE DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL PROPAGANDA

The next rung down is the mass media, the propaganda machine.  As discussed in another article, PUBLIC ENEMY #1: THE MASS MEDIA, our press can no longer be considered free press.  The incestuous relationship of the various boards of directors with big banking, the Federal Reserve, AIPAC and the government means that the media is not a beacon of truth.  The media will not tell us what is really going on.  The media is firmly ensconced on the side of the Elite, serving them. 

The media has chosen to submit rather than resist.  The small portion of the media who have chosen to resist can only be found on alternative media sites, which is why the Powers That Be (PTB) are inflicting a chokehold on the internet, the last bastion of free speech and free thought. 

MILITARY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

The game is trickling down quickly. 

Now our military and law enforcement personnel are being engaged.  Laws are passing at a dizzying rate that make our everyday freedoms illegal.  Officers and soldiers must decide whether to keep their oath to protect our country from enemies foreign and domestic, to protect the public instead of terrorizing them, or to take the easier path of just "following orders" without critically thinking them through. 

Thinking about orders, is of course, trained out of soldiers in boot camp, but the ability to contemplate right from wrong is still there.  Moral men and women will question authority as the acts they are called upon to perform become more and more deplorable.  Those moral men and women, the resistors, will then be in danger. Questioning the directives of the PTB is sternly frowned upon.

Analyzing our military and law enforcement personnel, we'll see a few different personality types emerge.

1.) The Power Hungry:  These are the people who will gleefully serve any purpose given to them by the PTB, because they mistakenly think it makes them important, powerful, and most of all safe.  They are dangerous to the resistors, and far more disposable to the PTB than they think they are.

2.) The Sadists:  These are the ones who went into the military or law enforcement simply because they are bullies at heart and this was a legal way to subliminate their urge to dominate and degrade those around them.  They will take unholy joy in following and even exceeding the wishes of the PTB.

3.) The Rule Followers:  These people could go either way, but winning them over would be difficult.  They are practically brainwashed in duty, following orders like machines, having been programmed through their military and police training NOT to think about what they are doing.  Some can be awakened, others are too far down the rabbit hole of propaganda.  They are dangerous because they truly believe they are doing the right thing.

4.)  The Resistance:  These men and women are critical thinkers.  They have clear cut ideas of right and wrong.  They will refuse to follow orders that are ethically wrong.  They will be targets of the PTB, because they can't have minions that insist on thinking independently.

The Rest of Us

Way down at the bottom of the hierarchy comes the rest of us.  We aren't in uniforms.  We've made no oaths or vows to defend our homes, cities or country.  Most of us are just regular people, raising our kids and struggling harder every year to keep a roof over our heads.

1.)  THE RESISTANCE:  Some of us are awake to the things going on around us and we've chosen the side of  Resistance.  Just the fact that you are reading this article means that you are far more in touch with reality than most of the people around you.

2.)  THE PASSIVISTS:  Others are awake and have chosen to "go with the flow" because they are afraid to take the risk of making a stand.  They think that it will protect them in the long run to simply hide out on the Barcalounger, quietly going along with whatever ridiculous laws are passed next, hoping to escape notice and be allowed to trudge along in safety.  They've already given up.  They have surrendered before the real fight even happened.

3.)  THE SHEEP:  These are the people who work their 8 hour day, come home, have a beer and watch the football game or American Idol.  They are blissfully unaware of the things going on in the world, and so far the only thing they've noticed is that their paycheck doesn't buy what it used to.  Some of them have begun to lose their personal accumulations of wealth through job loss, higher taxes, inflation and foreclosure, but they don't really understand why - just some vague notion of a "bad economy."  These people will be pretty far down on the list for the PTB because they don't pose any actual threat.  They are oblivious and by the time they become aware of what is going on, the gate of freedom will have slammed resoundingly closed. 

THE ENTITLEMENT RECIPIENTS:  This crowd breaks down into two subtypes.  

Type 1:   Non-thinkers who have already been purchased by the PTB.  They already live the slave life that is prescribed, voting for the person who gives them the most benefits and not looking beyond their personal bubbles.  They don't question anything, as long as their services remain uninterrupted.  For this service to the PTB, they are fed, clothed, medicated and given enough money for cigarettes. 

Type 2:  Those who are recieving benefits because the government has already taken everything from them.  They've lost their homes and cars.  They've been injured, mentally, physically or both, in wars for oil.  They are the nominal percentage of people receiving assistance in the manner in which it was designed.  Many of these people are enlightened and will come down firmly on the side of the Resistance.

The time to pick your team has arrived.

Will you stand and fight, risking your already diminished liberties, in hopes for greater liberties for your children?

Will you submit, accepting the handouts from the PTB, in hopes that your children can merely survive?

Perform an act of Resistance today.

Obama: I Don't Need No Stinkin' SOPA!!!

Remember how the internet community breathed a deep sigh of relief last week when the House and Senate shelved the SOPA bill due to public outcry?  Remember how Barack Obama vowed to veto the bill if it came across his desk?  Remember how we all suspected that wasn't the last we'd heard of a bill allowing widespread internet censorship?

In one of his sneakiest moves yet, the very same Barack Obama who denounced the SOPA bill had already signed a treaty called the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, which makes SOPA look comparatively tame.  This was signed in OCTOBER of 2011!

Obama did an end run around Congress by signing the treaty without their ratification.  Because the treaty is global, there is absolutely no escaping these laws by running your site from a different country or using proxy servers.  He did this by calling it "an executive agreement" instead of a treaty, thus semantically nullifying the requirement for congressional approval.

The powers of ACTA are far broader than the powers of SOPA, and not just geographically.  ACTA allows copyright holders to insist that ISP providers remove content from the internet without a court order.  The agreement also pushes for the power for copyright holders that feel they have been infringed upon to demand that the violators of the intellectual property have the internet connection removed WITHOUT LEGAL REPRESENTATION.

The sticking point for President Sneaky Pants Obama is this:  an executive agreement cannot be signed if the subject matter is under the purview of the Congress.  Intellectual property, thankfully, is protected in the Constitution in Article One, Section 8, as a topic that is the responsibility of Congress.

This is the next step in the battle for internet freedom.  We know that we can't trust the government-and-big-business-owned mass media.  The internet is truly the only place that we can research and learn from alternative independent sources.  The government is controlling all of the information we receive from other sources - it is vital that we keep our internet free of censorship.

Write your congresspersons and let them know your feelings on this.  Let them know that you insist that this be treated as a matter for Congressional ratification.

The Internet: The Last Bastion of Free Speech

In the fight for free speech, the internet is the last holdout.  It is the only place that your opinion can be your opinion and can be stated as loudly as you want without fear of repercussions.

But not for long if the US Congress has it's way.....

Much like the treasonous, unconstitutional NDAA, Congress wants to pass another bill to undermine personal freedom and, of course, yet another amendment.  This time they are taking a crack at the 1st amendment with H.R. 3261, the Stop Online Piracy Act, or SOPA.

By quick and vague definition it makes a lot of sense.  Sheesh, criminals are making a killing stealing music and movie off the internet, when good and decent folks pay for all that!  By golly, it's gotta stop!

My favorite presidential candidate, Senator Ron Paul, disagrees.  See this article to hear more from Dr. Paul on the subject.

But wait....on closer inspection, the legalese in the bill has the potential to eviscerate free speech....and like NDAA, without proof...only with suspicion of "wrong-doing".  It's all about copyright infringement.  If you tick off the powers that be, and you've quoted someone, somewhere, saying something, you may have infringed on their copyright.  As a defendant, you are not even present at the legal proceeding allowing "them" to shut you down until you prove yourself innocent.

How do they shut you down?  Search engines are required to remove you from their listings.  Internet Service Providers can be ordered to block access to your site.  Advertising networks and payment providers can also be forced to cease doing business with you.  This continues until you are proven INNOCENT.  Wait - I thought it was innocent until proven guilty....oh....that was "before" the NDAA.

Not only can SOPA nail you with a felony for "infringing" on a copyright (by doing something as small as playing a clip of a hit song during a photo montage ) - it can get you for "facilitating" infringement, which could be something as small as a hyperlink on your blog.  SOPA also targets address-spoofers and proxies that people around the world use to protect their anonymity.

What can you, as an everyday Jill or Jack, do about this?  How can you see to it that this bill doesn't get out of the House of Representatives?

MAKE SOME NOISE!!!  Take the gloves off.  Share this post and others like it with everyone you know.  Send it to your Representatives and Senators.  Call those same members of congress and let them know that you will be watching their voting records.  Write letters to the editor of your local papers.  USE YOUR VOICES.
