Media Supports the Criminal-in-Chief with a Blackout

The Criminal in Chief, Barack Obama, is laughing at us.

Despite incontrovertible evidence brought forth in a press release by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona, Obama has not been led out of the White House in handcuffs.  His mug shot hasn’t been splashed all over the front page of every newspaper in the country.  He doesn’t have to cringe when he turns on the TV, worried that he will be reminded of his crimes.

I’ve long written about my opinion of the mainstream media.  They are not journalists, they are spin doctors.  And in blacking out this important information, they are complicit in this fraud perpetuated against every single person in America.  I checked every major outlet and Sheriff Arpaio’s press conference is apparently not even worthy of mention.  As Arpaio stated, this is the “worst media blackout in history.”

This makes the mainstream media is every bit as guilty as the Manchurian candidate, Obama.  In fact, this latest blackout simply underlines the reason that Americans have lost faith in the “news”.

The media is owned, lock, stock and barrel, by the “Elite”.  Their tentacles reach every aspect of news and entertainment except for the last bastion of truth, the internet and alternative news sites.  It is time for Patriots to begin to hold the media accountable for their part in promoting the propagandist lies of the Obama Regime.  We must demand coverage of these events. 

I’ve sent the following email to a number of mainstream “news” outlets.  Feel free to use it as your own, adjust it to your liking or write your own, but please, take the time to make your displeasure and awareness of their culpability known. 

Every day, I'm less impressed than the day before when I see the blatant bias in your coverage.  The media blackout of Dr. Paul's campaign, the blackout of any world event that makes the United States look less than positive and now, the fact that you have completely ignored Sheriff Joe Arpaio's press conference with his absolutely irrefutable evidence about Obama's fraudulent birth certificate.

Your complete lack of journalistic integrity has never been more obvious.  You are not a news outlet - you are a propaganda machine, little more than a public relations firm for the powers that be.  I'm only one person, and not a famous one.  I don't have a lot of influence, money or power, but I assure you that I will never tune in to your station again, and I will tell everyone I know the reason why.

There's a very good reason that the latest Gallup poll showed that your audience is losing confidence in you.  As you watch your business dwindle, your viewers lose interest and your advertising dollars drop, think back to the days when you knew what REAL reporting was.

It is not the people who wish for their lives to come to an end. It is not the wish of the people to see their comfort disturbed, to be forced out into the streets to try desperately to save those things of value to a great nation. There would be nothing better in life than to recline with a laptop and browse the Internet with nothing on one's mind but leisure and entertainment. For those without conscience, this is still possible...for now. But no level of disengagement will survive the insatiable demand of government for control.

One might think themselves safe with their Sunday church service, bible class, flat screen tv, video games, porn and progressive lifestyle. Just Wait. They will come for you, when they are finished with us.

Liberty is the item on the agenda, it is the one thing the government cannot abide. Liberty is the limitation of power, it is the forestalling of their dream of control.

Those in government today do not have the will of their convictions, they do not have the ability to stand before the withering gaze of others and do what is right. They do not stand for the Constitution they have sworn to defend. They are incapable of principle. If so, where are they?

Give us allies among the police, the military, we will take them, we will work with them to secure our rights, everyone's rights. Liberty is not worth dying for if it is mine alone that I seek. It is insane to die for one's own liberty, which must be forfeit at the dying. Don't you see? Liberty is only worth dying for if it benefits others. Does an officer of the law venture out into the night with a sidearm to confront criminals in order to stay safe? Why not stay in the squad car? Do you expect us to act any differently when we see corruption and criminals everywhere in government?

Who will do it? Who will protect the people from government? Is it the ten-year veteran police officer owing allegiance to the government department, his/her union, his/her family? Will they be the ones to step out of line and acknowledge the un-Constitutional nature of their duties? We have been waiting.

Where do these liberty groups come from? What purpose does the Tea Party serve? One cannot exist in America today and not see the angst of the people in all these different manifestations. What do they ask? Do these groups ask for power or prestige? Do they seek rights from others? No, they ask only for their rights to be acknowledged and respected and for government to cease violations of those rights so clearly identified in the Bill of Rights. No, it is not muddied and unclear, these rights are not vague and in need of clarification by the government, they are plain and in simple language so that all can see their purpose.

Phrases such as "Congress shall make no law" are not difficult to understand, yet it has made such laws and has been supported by the government justices. No surprise. The few things government is supposed to do, it refuses to do. It does not declare war anymore; it does not defend the borders anymore; it does not protect the votes of citizens anymore. It does sell guns to Mexican cartels who then turn around and violate the borders of the nation and kill American citizens. All for a political gamble to further restrict the Second Amendment.

Government cannot tolerate the rights of the people, because it limits their ability to exert control. Nothing else. Look no further than that. Rights of search and seizure are there for a reason, to keep the government out of the people's lives, out of their papers, out of their private matters, yet it is violated at the drop of a hat in order to exert control. There are ways to obtain evidence of a crime without making criminals of everyone to allow random inspection. Upon oath and describing the particular things to be searched for and seized. That's not a tough hill to climb where crimes have been committed and a suspect is identified.

On down the line it goes, from Religious freedom, freedom of the press, the right to possess a weapon, the right to be free from random searches and seizures, the right to confront one's witnesses against them, all of these things are under assault because it makes it easier for the government to exert control.

We in the liberty movement have seen the progression over the span of our lives. We have watched as every crisis takes from us another liberty, violates another right. The government continues to create enemies from which the people need to be safe, like Anti-Government Extremists. We are not extreme, we are righteously against a corrupt and criminal government that has refused its limitations. We can read the Bill of Rights and know when it is government itself that is in violation of the law.

Had we seen a stopping point, a barrier that the government will not cross our purpose would cease. We might then become advocates of certain violations, but we would be able to legally walk back these excesses within a justice system that could acknowledge excess. Were the Supreme Court to act as defenders of the Constitution rather than creators of a "civil society" we could place our fates in their hands.

Nothing would be better than to know that we were safe from the abuses of government via some benefactor who would have the power to take up our case and let justice prevail. But, it is the power of government itself that precludes this possibility. It has corrupted all avenues of justice within its structure.

So, we have been led to this place, this desperation by the actions of the government seeking power over us. The government that seeks to be free of the bondage placed on it by the Constitution. It does so with the complicity of those sworn to defend the Constitution, who are also paid by the government and supported in retirement by the government. Who are we to appeal to?

Even a house cat is dangerous when left no avenue of escape and fears for its life. The government has gotten its wish, it has bound us up, left us nowhere to seek redress, no one to appeal to for help...except each other. It is with no pleasure that we take the next step.

The Resistance Needs YOU

Not all freedom fighters are decked out in camouflage and armed to the teeth, ready to take on the entire corrupt US government in a bloody fight to the death.

Not all freedom fighters are operating secretly, in little groups, surreptitiously planning ways to undermine the efforts of the NWO and Agenda 21.

Not all freedom fighters fall into the categories of being a grizzled and disillusioned veteran, a crazy young rebel, or a well-groomed statesmen, attempting to get enough votes to be able to implement changes.

If you want to see the Freedom Fighters that will turn America around and take her back to her Constitutional roots, then look in the mirror.  Yeah, you.

It's up to all of us - the regular, everyday Joes and Janes, to take the country back.  The Resistance is going to be made up of soccer moms, grandparents, college students, and construction workers.  The army of the Resistance is you and me - the ones who see what is happening and feel compelled to stop it.

Of course, it's much easier to be an armchair revolutionary, typing "Oooh Rah" on our keyboard in a comment on a Patriot website.  Actually mobilizing to make a difference is more difficult.

The time has come when there must be action behind the thoughts.  No, Men In Black, don't come get me, because I'm not promoting violence.  I am promoting a large collection of voices saying

NO

We have to become the squeaky wheels.  The mainstream media is the enemy and they aren't going to educate people about the reality of what is going on.  We have to make news big enough that they have to cover it in order to answer the questions of the people.  We must use our freedom of speech while we still have it.

Is it risky?  Certainly.  Could it put you on "a list"?  Very likely.  Consider, though, if you are reading this article and others like it, that bell has been rung and you are decidedly on the list of people to watch.  Could I be putting myself and my family at risk for retaliation?  Absolutely - you must be as careful as possible to remain safe.

What it boils down to is this:  No war was ever won, no revolution was ever fought, and no resistance ever succeeded, in which the people did nothing.  Apathy will get you exactly what you are getting now, ever-dwindling freedoms that are given and taken through the machinations of those who are not here to look after the best interests of the people.

YOU are the resistance.  You can choose to do nothing, like a great number of readers will, and just bemoan the fate of the nation, or you can choose to take action.  Even if that action doesn't succeed, every word we say out loud spreads the word of discontent that much further.

Here are some easy ways to mobilize.  Just choose one and take half an hour to fight for your country today:

VOLUNTEER TO AID IN ELECTIONS. 

If there is a vote occurring near you, find out how you can help.  The Republican primaries this year have been nothing but a joke, with  More than a month after the fact, the Iowa caucus results keep getting recounted with different results, South Carolina proved that 953 DEAD PEOPLE  were apparently still civic-minded enough to vote, and FIFTEEN STATES DO NOT REQUIRE PHOTO ID TO CAST A VOTE., leaving those votes open to question as well. As discovered by the Ron Paul campaign, our election system is seriously compromised and many watchful eyes are needed to make sure the rules get followed. 

REFUTE THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA

Instead of simply preaching to the choir on patriot websites where everyone is on the same page already, consider logging on to the mainstream news sites and spreading your truth there.  Use the comments section and spend some time putting seriously considered comments to exposes the lies and the blackouts of the media.  Don't let your message get lost in abusive language or insults, simply take the time to submit a rebuttal to the status quo.  This is one way to get the word out to people who rely simply on the mainstream.

USE SOCIAL MEDIA TO YOUR BENEFIT.

Despite the fact that I spend lots of blog time sharing the pitfalls of Facebook, Google and the rest of the nation's cyber spy system, I consider it to be knowing my enemy.  Many people can be reached through social media networking that might otherwise remain in the dark.  I have over 700 "friends" on Facebook, having lived in a lot of places.  Every time I post a link to a good article on my Wall, those 700 people are exposed to it.  If 10 of the 700 say, hey, that's interesting, and share it, then I reach all of their friends too.  Social Media is a tool that can get the word out in exponential numbers.

If you aren't on Facebook or any of the networking sites, just your own email contact list is another way to share information.  Find a blog that points things out in a way that you'd like to share?  Forward it to everyone on your list.  If you don't want to hit everyone, target the people that you think might be starting to see that something is wrong in this country.

PROTEST

While I'm not 100% on board with the goals (or lack thereof) of the Occupy movement, the thing I am forced to admire is how they MADE the media cover them through sheer volume of the people who showed up.  No matter what awful things the Gestapo police put them through, they continued to stand strong. 

The Occupyers brought a lot of media attention to the abuses of the police and to the fact that their right to peacefully assemble was being denied.

The solidarity of standing with others against injustice is not to be underestimated.  Engage respectfully and protect your safety, and then go out there and say "NO."

BE THE SQUEAKY WHEEL

We've all heard that phrase, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.  Well, be that squeaky wheel.  When you see injustice or trampling of constitutional rights, say something and say it persistently.  You can send emails to all parties involved.  You can send emails to groups who would be likewise appalled by what you've discovered.  You can ask for meetings with local councilmen and law enforcement bigwigs.  You can write letters to the editor of your local paper.  You can make flyers and stand there and hand them out to let people know what is going on.  You can take your local government to court over infractions.  However far and publicly you take it is up to you.  Just remember to engage intelligently and persistently.

DON'T ALLOW MEDIA BLACKOUTS

We've all been witness to the ongoing media blackout of the Ron Paul campaign.  Dr. Paul has been ignored, disrespected and treated as a third line candidate.  Only through the well-coordinated efforts of his staffers and volunteers does he receive the positive publicity given for free to the other, more governmentally cooperative candidates.  Other media blackouts include:

In Sicily the mobilization of thousands of citizens in THE PITCHFORK MOVEMENT (they don't want us to get any bright ideas from the Sicilians)

We can combat media blackouts by making sure the alternative websites get the stories.  We can also inundate the mainstream media sources with emails asking why a topic is not being covered.  We can send email blasts using their contact pages, as well as pointing it out vigorously in the comments sections.


This Resistance to the tyrannists who have overturned the government isn't going to be won by guns blazing and bombs going off.  It is going to be won by everyday people saying

NO

Please share comments or ideas about local ways that people can get involved and bring to light the subtle undermining of our way of life.  Don't be an armchair patriot!  Get involved today - do ONE THING to shed light on a dark evil corner of new fascism surreptitiously creeping it's way across America.



In Defense of David Sarti

We often ask, "What would be the last straw? What would make us take up arms and defend ourselves against the Powers That Be?"

Usually, that answer is guns.  For most preppers and constitutional activists, losing our weapons would be an affront that would cause us to stand up and take action.

That particular insult has happened to one of our community.

David Sarti, of Lebanon, TN, recently appeared on National Geographic's program Doomsday Preppers.

The producers motives with this show are questionable, from a prepping perspective.  They seemed to have sought out people who are real "characters" - the eccentricity is so extreme at times that it doesn't seem to be a fair representation of what is truly going on in the prepping community.  Because NG is generally more open-minded, more in line with producing documentaries than salacious reality television, I was extremely disappointed in the programs that I have seen thus far.

In the case of Mr. Sarti, he certainly does come across as extreme.  He's not a man that instantly appeals to a wide range of people. He is someone that might trigger doubters to roll their eyes and scoff at him.

This doesn't make him crazy.

He isn't a handsome buff wild-eyed mountain man survivalist.  He doesn't have that bad boy appeal of an action hero or the air of quiet wisdom of a person who has retreated to the woods to escape the mundanity of life in the corporate United States.

This doesn't make him crazy either.

Days after the program aired, however, David Sarti was declared crazy...ahem..."mentally incompetent"....and his guns were seized.  All of them.  Mr. Sarti, who has no criminal record, is no longer allowed to own guns.  He tells his story HERE.

The accusation of insanity came after he went to see his cardiologist for some chest pains and shortness of breath.  So far, it sounds sane and rational to me.  The cardiologist, Dr. Andre C. Olivier, whose name and CONTACT INFORMATION I am delighted to publish, had Mr. Sarti held at the hospital for psychiatric evaluation and broke doctor patient confidentiality by contacting the authorities.

Then it really went to hell on a greased slide.  Mr. Sarti, because of his stay in the psychiatric unit, was then declared "mentally incompetent".  His very large collection of guns was then stolen removed from his possession.  He is no longer allowed to own weapons.

Welcome to the America we live in today.  The country has devolved to a point that being eccentric means the constitution no longer applies to you.  What is next?  Already, believing that the gold standard is the only way to correct our economic ills makes you a target.  Bloggers and writers of alternative media are all on a list, with our computer systems under nearly constant attack.  I spend as much time fending off malware and viruses as I do writing this blog.  Anyone who disagrees with the government is not labelled an "extremist."

This is a call to rally.  So extremists, preppers, bloggers, readers and Americans, unite.  Don't just be glad that your guns remain untouched.  Don't breathe a sigh of relief that it wasn't you.  Galvanize yourself and others like you and let's fight for David Sarti.

Let's make it easy.....These links will get you started.  This war will be won via the internet.  Don't let them sweep this attack on the Constitution under the rug.  Don't let them single out someone who might not come across as Joe Average and use that to continue chipping away at the country's foundation.  Whatever your personal thoughts are about Mr. Sarti and his decision to share his prepping on television, the bottom line is that injustice has occurred and it's up to us to stop it.

If the answer is anything but the latter, please note that I will proceed to boycott anything having to do with National Geographic - the channel, the magazine, the website.  I will use every resource within my reach to let people know why I am doing this also. I may just be one person but I have a very loud voice.

Please do the right thing by Mr. Sarti.  You've made your money from his appearance on your network - now support him in his fight to get back his weapons.

To Whom It May Concern:

I'm writing to share my opinion on the plight of Mr. David Sarti of Lebanon, Tennessee.  Only days after appearing on National Geographic's program Doomsday Preppers, Mr. Sarti was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation, labelled mentally defective, and relieved of his weapons.

Mr. Sarti's second amendment rights have clearly been trampled on.  This, in my opinion, is only a start, as our current administration works hard to crush the growing discontent in the United States.  We all say that we will put our foot down when they come for our guns....well, they've started coming for our guns.

I urge you to assist Mr. Sarti with his legal defense.  He is unable to afford an attorney, which made him a very easy target for those who would use him as an example and a starting point in the disarmament of America.

The Apathy Pandemic

Have you ever experienced the white-hot fury of watching people refuse to help themselves?

While my post regarding the Anti-SOPA email campaign got some great responses, my idealistic little bubble got popped by many of the other responses and emails that I received.

"I can't write my Rep - I'm on the ignore list."
"That's just a waste of time....it's only the aides that ever read those letters anyway."
"Nothing we do will make a difference."
"Daisy, you just don't understand how the government works."
"I've already written to tell them I will not vote for them again."
"You'll never change the way things are."

There is a real pandemic that has spread across America and that pandemic is APATHY.

An alarming number of people are willing to simply watch the destruction of freedom and shake their heads sadly, saying, "Yep, I knew this would happen."

We are watching our freedoms being taken away and doing absolutely nothing to stop it.  How much time out of your life does it really take to send an email?  To cast a vote? To write a letter to the editor?  To forward an interesting link to a friend?  To speak out against what you see? 

And if one of the things you do solves nothing, what have you lost?  At least you still have your self-respect.  At least you didn't accept what was handed to you by the Elite.

We do not lose until we stop fighting.  By doing nothing, you cede victory.

Most people, it appears, are too lazy to even wave a white flag of surrender.  They sit there, remote in one hand, bag of Doritos in the other hand, and smirk at the small percentage who are trying to make a change in the world.  If the people fighting for change fail, the apathetic ones are smugly justified in their apathy.

The paralysis of America will be her downfall.

Do one small thing every day.  Millions of drops of water are required to erode a rock.  One drop of water alone does nothing. 

Persist and persevere.

I'm more enraged by the people that will do nothing to fight for their freedoms than I am by the people who are trying to take those freedoms away.

If you are a reader who refuses to vote, refuses to speak out, refuses to make your voice heard, perhaps it's time to unsubscribe from this blog and check out something else, because I have no time for people like you.  I'll still fight for you in all the ways that I am able, but I won't waste my time trying to convince you to get your ass off the sofa.  Fighting your apathy takes up my valuable energy that can be directed towards productive things. 

Do one thing today to make your voice heard.  And if no one listens, that's okay, because you can do something tomorrow too.

SEND AN EMAIL.

VOTE.

CAMPAIGN.

SPREAD THE WORD.

Or continue to do nothing until the cell door slams shut.

I urge you to vote AGAINST the passing of the SOPA bill.  Please be assured that I will be checking the roll call on this vote and plan to be very vocal in my support of those who vote against it, or, alternatively, in my criticism of those who vote for it.
